Greg was an absolute angel. Greg and his wife took great care of me and my vehicle while I needed it fixed. they were honest about pricing and they did not overcharge for labor. he was genuinely concerned about the operation of my vehicle because I have a young child so he made sure to take the vehicle a lot sooner than he originally planned to. He got it fixed within the weekend which was excellent and communication was fantastic as well all around, I would recommend him for your next mechanic need.

I have been going to epic automotive for years. Greg is a fantastic mechanic, very knowledgeable with all your German car needs. They also have a fantastic detail shop. They have color corrected all of my cars throughout the years with fantastic results! Can’t recommend them enough! They took care of my very scratched up model S and most recently made my Taycan shine like it has never shined before!

Out of town with my Mini Cooper. Needed service and wanted to find a trustworthy place. Chris explained the diagnostic was required and assured me my car would be taken care of. I was more than pleased with the outcome and the professional service. They even finished sooner than expected. Highly recommended this business.

I have used Epic automotive for the last several years. They have been nothing but professional, courteous, and quick. They are always willing to answer any questions I might have and do not treat me like an idiot for asking, even simple questions. I have been able to ask about DIY questions and they do not mind answering my questions. The owner and staff are the most professional shop I have worked with. I highly recommend this service center. They are great.

I have a 12 year old Mini and, needless to say, stuff is starting to fail. I have used Epic for regular oil changes as well as the parts that have failed. So far they have replaced or repaired the brakes, rotors, parts of the fuel system, and most recently an undersized battery that was installed by a certain auto club 3 years ago. Epic knew the proper battery size and installed it along with reprogramming the onboard computer. Saved me from having to buy a new alternator and then found the root cause for other issues being the FTM. They saved me over $600 by reprogramming the FTM and everything works like normal. Greg , the owner, is very patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. While I can fix some things, I know my limits and I know when I turn it over to Greg I am giving my car to a knowledgeable professional. Chris is very patient and knowledgeable at the desk. He is willing to answer my questions when ever I call and puts the answers is plain English. I highly recommend Epic Automotive. Great people and see professional work.

Excellent service and care thru Chris up front and super foreign car whizzes in the back (co-owner). Family run specialists that let them team stay home with family on Saturday and Sunday. Mercedes 450 GL Owner.If buying a used luxure foreign car it's well worth the $150 for check out. Wish I had.

It's been almost two years since we took our vehicle here. Didn't even fix the issue transmission light issue, although our warranty definitely paid them to repair. Had to end up replacing the car because they actually broke something to do with the wipers and refused to fix it then told us they wanted $800 to repair it. Super disgusting business practices and underhanded ways.You'd be better off taking your car to a toddler for repairs than this place. Go LITERALLY anywhere else.Services: Transmission repair
