Zero stars from me. I work for roadside and called to see if there was availability for a MBR stranded with a break down and a CEL. Well the man answered, I introduced myself and started to explain the situation and he straight hung up on me without saying a word. Very rude and poor business ethics. I dont care how busy you are working, then get a secretary to answer the phones and don't just hang up on people that need assistance.

It’s so hard to find a mechanic that’s honest and knows what he is doing. This checks all the boxes. I took my 12 year old vehicle in for brakes and oil change. I expected to hear about everything else that needed to be done. They suggested a few things but there was no pressure to get it done. No scare tactics used to convince me to get it done now. They gave me a very good price, finished on time and charged me the same amount I was quoted. I’ll be back to do the other things they suggested in a couple months.

If you own a Maserati, Ferrari, Jaguar or Land Rover…. There is no other place to go for service! Jason and Vance are both so knowledgeable and have years of experience and it shows. Also, very friendly and great customer service. I can’t say enough - they have saved me money compared to other independent Service centers. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had brought my Range Rover in for a battery replacement, and unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.Upon having the battery replaced, I noticed that certain error messages illuminated on my vehicle's dashboard. Naturally concerned, I promptly contacted EAR to express my concerns and seek assistance. They assured me that these warning lights were normal after a battery replacement and would disappear with time as I drove the vehicle.However, the error lights persisted, and I decided to return the vehicle to EAR. To my dismay, they informed me that they lacked the necessary diagnostic tools to assess the issue properly but still charged me a diagnostic fee. Frustrated with the situation, I had no choice but to take my Range Rover to a Land Rover specialist shop.The other Land Rover specialist shop quickly identified the problem - the battery had not been installed correctly by EAR, which was the root cause of the persistent error warnings. They fixed the issue but charged me an additional $300.00 for their services.To make matters worse, my attempts to seek a resolution with EAR were met with resistance. I requested a refund for the diagnostic fee, expecting that EAR would take responsibility for their mistakes. I also sought reimbursement for the $300.00 I had to pay BV to rectify the issues caused by EAR's improper battery installation.Regrettably, EAR refused to comply with my requests, which ultimately led me to file a small claims court case against them.My experience with EAR was unfortunate, to say the least. It's disheartening when a business doesn't take responsibility for its errors and, as a result, forces its customers into legal action. I hope my review sheds light on my experience, and potential customers are more cautious when considering EAR for their automotive needs.

I'm so glad I found these guys. They do great work on our Range Rover for fair prices (unlike the dealership who will try to violate you however possible). Have fixed things for us big (turbo replacement) and small (brakes / oil). Vance is really nice and helpful. Enzo's is now our go-to! I highly recommend them

Excellent experience they repaired my control arms on my Granturismo in a day and consulted me on other things about the car. Great price in comparison to other shops. And the staff are very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and actually comical. They also have replacement parts in house so you don't have to wait for parts.They have earned my Trust !!!
