Kathy is so amazing and really goes above and beyond to please her brides! I fell in love with a lace wedding dress that didn’t have a matching veil. Kathy ordered the lace appliqués from the dress designer and let my mom and I make my own custom veil in-store to match my dress! It was so special and so kind of Kathy to do when she could’ve just tried to sell me a different veil. Vivian did my alterations and was absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful that they were so sweet and helpful, and I would recommend Encore to anyone getting married or going to prom, etc. They are the best!

I had an amazing experience and found my dream dress. Kathy was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had really fun energy. It’s nothing like I originally had planned on purchasing, but after some encouragement from my team I tried it on and immediately knew it was the one! I was even able to find my wedding dress alteration specialist Vivian at this location. I love my dress and I’m so grateful that I came in that day.

I had the privilege of working with Kathy, at Encore, when looking for my wedding dress. She was extremely patient and attentive to my every want and need. I had 2 dresses (one from Encore and one from a different store) that I was in love with. Kathy patiently worked with me to customize and incorporate the elements I loved from the other dress into my ultimate choice of the Casablanca Rebeka dress customized to my preferences. She also worked with the company to get a customized veil with the exact lace that was on my dress. During the entire process she kept me updated, texting frequently about order updates and such. She has such a calming demeanor and really put me at ease during shopping and ordering. It was truly an exceptional experience working with her.

I walked into Encore Bridal for my bridal party dresses and left with the dress of my dreams! I was told at other boutiques I wouldn’t find this style of dress within my budget. Encore Bridal proved them all wrong! Kathy picked this dress for me to try on and I didn’t even look at it before I put it on. I knew as soon as I put it on, this was the dress. When I walked out to show my bridal party the dress they all gasped, smiled and screamed its a 10! I received so many compliments on my dress throughout the night! A big thank you to Kathy for finding this gem of a dress for me and to Encore Bridal for their budget friendly prices that don’t lack quality one bit! I got to marry the lady of my dreams in the dress of my dreams. Now for the happily ever after ?

Kathy was the absolute best. I told her what I imagined my dream dress to look like and she pulled it right off the shelf and helped me decide on what adjustments I wanted made to it. I have since recommended another bride to her who has had the same wonderful experience. I will continue to recommend all brides I know to come see Kathy at Encore!

I love love love Ms Kathy. She made the daunting task of shopping for a prom dress fun. My daughter said yes to the dress! More importantly I said yes to the dress. Ms Kathy listened to our concerns and found a dress that seemed to be waiting for my daughter. What a relief being that prom is 3 days away. You are appreciated and if I need another dress I coming right to Encore. I will not wait until the last minute next time.??
