I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone who helped me buy my car at Ed Voyles, especially my sales consultant, Renee Jones. Renee was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have been a patron of this facility for a number of years. I have always been treated by professional individuals. Marvin has been the person who has primarily assisted me with my vehicles. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and cares about the customers. He is thorough in looking at the history of the vehicle, recognizing when warranty applies, and provides sound judgement on the best and most cost efficient plan to get me back on the road. I called about an cil change because I was going on a trip. Shannon responded immediately. While there the car was checked for tires and breaks, which will be needed in 2023. . Excellent personal service!
