Everyone from the front desk to Dr Diaz is wonderful, kind and caring. Dr Diaz is calm and thorough and always takes the time to explain and patiently answer all my questions. His kind demeanor rubs off on everyone, staff and pets alike and my dog is always at ease the entire time. Dr Diaz is extremely accommodating especially with us being first time dog parents and the barrage of questions he has to face from us. Through it all, he responds as if we were the most important people in the world. We are deeply appreciative of Dr Diaz's skills not just as a medic but for being a wonderfully warm and welcoming human being.

I've been going to clinic for years and years. My little Lucy is almost 10 years old. She and I both LOVE Dr. Diaz and the staff....I moved further away from the clinic but the longer drive is worth the great care. I give them 10 stars!!!!!!

Dr Diaz is the most knowledgeable and thorough vet we have had. One of our dogs has complicated hormonal issues and Dr Diaz is the only vet we trust to treat her. We will continue to travel back to Georgia from Greenville, SC so our dogs can continue to receive the best care.

My Winnie has been going here for years! They’re super reasonably priced and they’re really nice to my dog. The only reason I am leaving is because I moved and they’re no longer convenient. I couldn’t give 5 stars because over the years I’ve seen things that I didn’t necessarily love, but they did a great job caring for my dog son. I also like how they board and groom all in the office. I thought that was the norm for vets but quickly found that it’s not. I’m gonna miss that place!

Passing through Georgia from California. In the process of acquiring a pet travel Health Certificate to Spain. USDA Accredited vet is required. It's a process and the airline requires a 10-day prior to pet travel vet signature. Confusing at first.
Met with the owner Dr Diaz and one of the team, Juliette. He was very friendly and helpful. A reputable veterinarian doctor. Everything worked out well. The animal hospital is in a great location here in Marietta. It's very clean and in a pretty house-like setting.
Juliette is exceptional with a friendly personality.
I told her she's got excellent people skills. Interpersonal skills are an asset for any customer relations.
They're fortunate to have her there!
Update: Thank you, Jill for helping us get Beau to Barcelona.

I brought my dog here for years and liked how close this vet was to me. Dr. Diaz himself was great, Dr. Fugedy as well.
But things have changed drastically for the worst. The receptionists were very rude when I asked for itemized breakdown of fees for annual checkup. My dog developed recurring UTIs and this vet just kept prescribing medicine that would temporarily fix the issue. Shortly there after we would be back with the same UTI issues. My dog had UTIs consistently for months. I paid for an ultrasound and they discovered stones in her bladder. This clinic told me no further action was needed. They sent my dog home with me and she was still in pain. Never heard from the clinic regarding follow up visit, or anything to help her with the pain and UTIs. I asked multiple times for ALL my dog's records so I could have a record of what antibiotics she had previously been prescribed.
Another instance of bad practice was being instructed by this clinic to give my dog deer antlers. These are too tough for her to bite on/chew and now she has TWO cracked teeth from the antlers. I'm very unsatisfied with my service and both the UTIs and the cracked teeth are irreversible long term health concerns I must now face. Spare yourself and take your pet somewhere else.

Have been taking my pups here over the last 4-5 years and the staff is always very helpful, transparent, and knowledgable when it comes to the health of my dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a regular vet!

My Gatorade got really, really sick, the team at East Marietta Animal Hospital diagnosed him with Addison's Disease?, I thought I was going to have to euthanize him. Nope... All I can say is this team and staff are professional, knowledgeable and life savers❤️. I publicly thank you East Marietta Animal Hospital.

The ladies at the desk are very nice. The Dr's are very nice. Everyone will answer all my questions. No matter how crazy they are. When I leave I feel that Carter my baby was well taken care of.

Boo Boo kitty had a spayed procedure. The skill and service has been excellent for 30 plus years of their fur baby care. Including, this one. The suture was perfect and my kitty bounced back to herself but she is a youngin’ ?

receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. was already having a horrible day with a sick fur baby and was trying to find a vet with a slot open. she was short with me and hung up the phone. if this is how they treat their new clients, i def would not trust my fur children being there. i had heard good things and am disappointed. the first person a new client talks to is crucial.

I've been taking my 2 dogs and cat to EMAH for 4 years now. All of the staff is extremely caring. I know my boys are in great hands when I take them here and I trust the doctors. If I need to make an appointment, I'm usually able to get in within the next day or 2. Dr. Diaz has been fantastic and has reached out to me specifically to talk about my cat and dogs diagnosis. It's so nice to have a vet that cares enough to call you personally to discuss a concern. We plan on moving to a new city eventually, and I tell my fiancé that I'm going to miss EMAH and I hope we can find a vet in our new city that is as experienced as the vets there. Thank you!!

Great place. I had a concern after noticing some pretty alarming tartar on my doggie and they got us in right away and explained what we needed to do and the costs upfront.
