I had the best experience at drivers automotive came in for some serious engine work thinking that I would be charged an arm and a leg. I was most definitely wrong the lady Porshae and her crew really took care of me they did not tap my pockets they were very professional and most of all they made me feel like family I most definitely will be returning and referring all my friends and family. I commend you guy it’s hard finding good service especially in the automotive industry so please you guys keep up the great work

The least reliable business I have ever work with. Not only do they take absolute no pride in their work (2 separate mechanics made unprompted comments about this when checking out the car) they are not competent enough to provide basic customer service. The clearest example of this is that they replaced the engine in my car and have refused to provide a simple receipt telling how many miles the used engine had. I have asked at least 15 separate times and the answer has been “we will get to it.” For these reasons and several more I can confidently say this is the worst business I have ever used in the industry.

Disgusting excuse of an establishment. If Porchea is the face of this business then it’s all you need to know to run from it. They took my car for so many “test drives” to “run errands for parts” without MY CONSENT. The fuel was completely full when dropped off and you can see how much gas was used without a reimbursement or them refilling my tank.
I went out to my car to ask her why the fuse cover was missing when it was placed before it was delivered to this establishment. She had excuse after excuse. I then ask why there’s GLOBS OF DIRT all over my passenger seat (pictured below). This is after I wiped it and took a large chunk off too…Again - zero accountability and excuses. Really? That’s how you treat your customers? She said “that’s how we found it” and proceeded to SNATCH MY KEYS FROM MY HANDS (the owner of said vehicle and a customer paying her bills). She then proceeds to ignore us standing there for 40 minutes and take a call with another customer when we just wanted to pay and leave. Honestly, disgusting service. She should be ashamed of how she carried herself. There are sooo many reputable mechanics - do not make the mistake of giving this one your business.

I drive almost an hour to take my car here! Porshae has the BEST customer service! And the prices are always affordable. Once I had to leave my car overnight and Porshae gave me a ride home and I live in Douglasville. You don’t find that kind of service anymore.

I was abused last time I went to an automotive shop and when I showed up here..... they were so nice, great customer service, and are so sweet and I would recommend them to everyone that I come in contact with. They also take you out to your vehicle and show it to you, and if you have any questions they will answer them on the spot. Such sweet mechanics, and porshae was absolutely ? awesome

Drivers automotive is efficient and very informative. Had 2 cars I've sent already and the work with the great customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!!!! And they don't keep your car weeks on end like some of these places.

This shop has always taken care of me when I was in trouble. Any time i beed my car towed from McDonough to Marietta, they take care of me. And they always give me great prices. And tge customer service is awesome. Kudos to the lady office manager .

Porshae and her team are amazing!! They are all very knowledgeable which is why I felt secure in having them fix my baby {aka my jeep}! Porshae also is the sweetest person with the best customer service which is why I didn’t mind spending money with them!

Miss Porshae and the Drivers team were so knowledgeable and helpful when I had to have my transmission replaced. Price was reasonable and they were so helpful and accommodating helping me get back on the road in no time. Will definitely be bringing my car back for anything that it needs in the future! Thank you guys so much!

TLDR. Terrible shop. Trusted them with pre-purchase inspection, they said the truck was fine, check engine light came on a few days later for $1,500 repair, oil was dirty and nothing was found wrong by this shop.Terrible shop. I made the mistake of trusting this shop for a pre-purchase inspection for a Chevy Silverado 2500HD. When I picked up the truck, they said it was good to purchase with no problems, so we purchased the truck. Not even 2 days later, it had a check engine light on. We had another shop check it and he noticed right away that the check engine codes were cleared by the dealer. The oil was very dirty. None of which was called out by Drivers Automotive. Drivers automotive wanted to charge us another $125 to diagnose the issue after we paid $150 for an inspection they did not perform. Drivers automotive said the issue was a fuel injector and quoted us $1,500 to do the repair - all because of their ignorance and incompetence. The lady at the front desk took 2 business days to even send us the quote. It was the holidays but she shouldn’t say she would send it by end of day if she isn’t going to do so. My entire family used to take all my cars here since 2014. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here. We miss the days when Alben was here.
