I have never had any problems with this location, but today they were closing at 3, but would not allow entry as early as 2:50pm. I will never shop here, sadly it’s my local dollar tree and I received the worst customer service from their employees as he closed the dirt in my face. .

I visit this location often and appreciate it when presented with great service. Viviana is an excellent example of what great service looks like. She is friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to assist customers. Keep up the great work; your customers appreciate it!

I called and spoke with associate ask if there was any black rubber slippers available the $1.25 women’s. She said there was two pairs and I ask that she whole one I was I was coming for them. I drove 30 minutes get to have a pair of fuzzy slippers held. I clearly asked her 2-3 times if the were rubber. Then not apology but make excuses that she was busy.

This Dollar Tree is sad. There were items I would have bought, but stacks of boxes prevented from accessing anything. There was only a cashier on staff that I could find.

Very typical dollar tree, but the customer service was awesome! I would definitely go out of my way to come here and be treated so well! These guys deserve a raise!

I bought several items to make a gift bouquet to congratulate my daughter on her dance performance. Ms. Jessica , the cashier was very kind pausing her work to find some tape for me. Any person who experience a new bought ballon can relate my disappointment when it was carried away into the air! Again I had Ms. Jessica’s best caring service when she quickly make me a new ballon free of charge. How I wish this is my neighborhood’s dollar tree.

Worst Customer service, I wanted to exchange 4 items had my shopping card full with new items to exchange it for but the manager told me I have to find the items on my receipts I was bringing, after I told them I don't have my glasses with me I can't see they refused the exchange. This was my last time on this dollar tree, get treated like they don't need my business. Im a business owner myself and would never treat someone like that. Maybe was a racist issue?

It was one of the cleanest I have ever been to. I did let the staff know. I would literally make the trip to this location even though it is not in my neighborhood. Dollar Tree should have this expectation for all of the stores.

I was totally blown away by this dollar tree and I know how crazy that sounds. Whenever I'm out I'll usually stop by a nearby dollar tree. Because I liked to stock up on energy drinks and selection can very. This is my first time going to this particular store, and it was like nothing I've seen before. everything was nice and organized and the only employee there was tidying up shelves but stopped to welcome me in and ask if I needed assistance. (I've made Big ticket purchases at big box stores before and didn't receive as much courtesy as I got from her)Also the focus on organization makes you as a customer want to keep the store like it is, and for the most part, it seems like the shoppers have responded positively Like with all the dollar trees, there's usually only one or two employees working. The only other person on duty was the manager. She was also stocking and running the register just like her employee. I couldn't help but ask on my way out if she was able to pay her cashier more than other stores because I couldn't understand why she was so nice and dedicated. The Manager just laughed and said no. She recently took over and wanted to fix it up before expanding and doing even more. I could be wrong but I believe her name was Wonshelise If so Wonshelise, you're really good at your job and i sure hope your company realizes how much of an asset you are before another company does
