I always have such a pleasant experience in this store. Everything is organized to the tea and it just feels so clean and nice inside.

Came here today and needed a bigger quanity of something and I asked an employee if he could look in the back for me. He happily looked and brought me what I needed. He was helpful and very nice. Most people have some type of attitude when buying a lot but not him, he helped me from start to finish at check out with a smile. His name is Clarence and I really appreciate how nice and helpful he was. Thank you. :)

Prices have increased to $1.25 which is fine but store is so unorganized. Unopened boxes everywhere and it feels so dirty. The checkout might take a while usually just one cashier.

Sue, a sales associate at this location, displayed incredible professionalism today that blew me away. She was terribly mistreated by a customer, but she remained friendly to that particular customer and the other customers she assisted afterwards. When she rung me up, I didn’t feel any residue from her earlier sour encounter with the other customer. I was met with a smile and upbeat disposition. The rude customer threatened to report Sue for no reason, so I wanted to just say that Sue did nothing wrong and carried herself with incredible poise in light of the situation.I hope corporate sees this somehow. No one deserves to be treated the way Sue was treated today. I don’t know what she gets paid, but she deserves a raise, especially if she deals with that sort of treatment daily.
