I only go to this store because my vehicle isn’t working, at this time. I’ve gone in several times over the last few weeks. I learned to pay attention to the prices when they check you out because of a news clip that shows the prices can be higher at the register than what’s on the shelves. I had to point this out for the same products, Gatorade and Pepsi Zero six pack 4 different times. They’re supposed to give you the price that’s on the shelf. One lady was very nice and did it as a discount. The other lady, who waited on me three of the four times. Acted like she didn’t know how to correct the issue. The last time I was in the store, she tells me that she honored it before, but she’s not going to do it again. She treated me as if I were someone who was trying to get over on them. Basically, someone isn’t doing their job. They either need to correct the price in the system, or on the shelves! I shouldn’t have had to point this out FOUR TIMES!! Bottom line, be very aware of what you’re being charged at the register! Even if it’s a small amount of money, get the correct price! It is not your fault they’re not doing their jobs! Don’t let them nickel and dime you like that! If it’s happening to you, it’s happening to others! Small change adds up! If they have 100 customers paying an extra 30 cents, that’s $30 they got at the customer’s expense. Now, picture how many stores they have, and how many customers go to those stores, and you can see how much money they’re getting that they shouldn’t be!

The store has improved greatly since I stopped in last time. It was cleaner and more organized. Jahmir went above and beyond to help me find what I needed then even came up front to check me out after noticing there was a wait. This man deserves a raise! Good job and keep it up. I was impressed by the transformation and customer service!

Store was very dirty! My husband walks with a cane and he tripped over merchandise when we first walked in. It's not safe. Lots of boxes merchandise on the floors & thru the isles. I used the self checkout and still needed help because the card reader didn't work.The staff was friendly but they did not wear the Dollar General Black & Yellow colors like other stores.I understand being understaffed. And there's a lot to do. BUT, if your store looked like this one did nobody would want to shop there and eventually you wouldn't have a job ... Or a store.

Poor management. Smells like garbage walking in, probably from four coolers in the back being “Out of Order” still filled with food. The shelves were unorganized, carts in the aisles, and no cash payments accepted. Only two workers in the front talking to each other the whole time when they could’ve been working on the obvious issues in this store.

6/8/2023 You have a line of 7 people waiting for someone to come and check us out. Self checkout was down and no worker to be found. 3 people went to the back where their office was to tell them how many people were waiting… one girl said “I’m on break” and the other was on the phone. The clutter of carts waiting to be unpacked and put on the shelves it was nearly impossible to walk through the isles.

Tell the punk who said to me, a DoorDash driver, that 'I can't help you find that item because that is what you get paid for,' that DG doesn't pay me, thus I'm a CUSTOMER.Freaking lazy employee.

This is one of the worse DG EVER!!! The store is extremely dirty, unorganized and they sell expired perishable goods!! There are seedy people hanging out right outside the building and the workers are rude and not at all helpful! DG needs to revamp their stores policies and rehire competent employees! Hate that I have to give them one single star because they deserve to be shut down!!

This store is a MESS! I can barely walk through the store , everything is all over the place , shelves are empty, so unprofessional and disorganized!!!! and not to get started with the workers they are rude especially the young black men..

Not it! Unorganized and filthy. No cashier inside, old man and young boys always standing in the door or inside the door hanging out as if they work there and do not. Does not feel safe to shop here.

i'm literally not that guy to leave reviews, workers don't get paid enough to really care about the state of the product nor is it their responsibility but PLEASE check the expiration date of things in this store. it's obvious that right now they don't have a consistent flow of merchandise, but i bought a refrigerated drink only to come home and figure out it's 8 months past date. check the food and snacks coming from here to keep kids safety

Nothing like getting harassed at Dollar general because you bring your own bag. I'm disabled and I don't drive so when I go shopping I usually walk around some between the stores. I've been living in this area for about a year now so it's not like I'm new here. Today I go in with my bag, I fold it in half and I put it in the front of the cart. Nothing is in it. My wallet and my phone is in the front zipper pocket. So I'm walking around shopping and I hear over the intercom security cam scan over so and so area. 5 minutes later, code 100 whatever that means. So I check out. I spent $85. Then as I'm walking out the cashier says you're going to have to leave your bag up at the front from now on. I said I walked here, I'm disabled and I carry a bag to carry things home with. Oh I know but my manager said earlier.. First of all you don't know me or you would not be harassing me. I didn't do anything wrong, not even close. And this is the first store that has told me they had an issue with me having bags with me, the whole year I've been in this area now. Do you really think I would have just spent $85 and over an hour casually shopping if I was stealing anything? Needless to say I will not be back.
