I am so thankful for Miss Sandy and Dog School 101. We recently adopted our dog, Penny and were looking for a local Marietta trainer who could help us be better pet parents. Sandy set us up to be part of the next obedience training session and in the meantime, Penny underwent her temperament test for daycare. Miss Sandy loves dogs with all her being. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable and devoted to her business of helping pets and their parents. Training takes patience and commitment and with Sandy's help we are working on Penny's leash reactivity and socialization skills. We plan to use Dogschool101 for boarding services for our upcoming vacations as we know Penny will be in great hands, playing with her new puppy pals. Thank you Miss Sandy!

Dog School 101 is an absolute gem of a dog daycare and training center! Our experience with Sandy was nothing short of exceptional. Her passion for dogs shines through in every interaction, and her expertise and experience in dog behavior and training are truly impressive.We had tried another dog daycare before, but they didn't seem to care about training or behavior. This was not the case at Dog School 101! Sandy took the time to discuss our concerns and goals for our dog, and provided us with valuable insights and recommendations to improve our dog's behavior.The best part is that we haven't even started the formal training classes yet, but we're already seeing a massive improvement in our dog's behavior simply by implementing the changes that Sandy recommended. Her approach to training is effective and tailored to each dog's unique needs, and we couldn't be happier with the results.Overall, we would highly recommend Dog School 101 to any dog owner looking for a top-notch daycare and training center. Absolutely the best dog training and dog day school there is in all of Atlanta and surrounding counties. Sandy is above and beyond a person who cares for each and every dog she meets. I give her 10 stars.

I went to Dog School 101 because of the reviews I read. I must say everything I read was true. I had a brand new puppy after having a previous dog for 15 years. My puppy was rambunctious, skittish of other dogs and people, however after a beginner class with Sandy. She taught me skills to help me and understand him as a puppy. She was very honest in saying it takes years to train your dogs but that we needed to be diligent in practicing the skills she taught us. My puppy also goes to doggie daycare at Dog School 101 and is so excited when he recognizes the parking lot. Sandy knows each dog by his/her name like a school teacher. They take such wonderful care of him and treat him as their own. I would highly recommend Dog School 101 to anyone who want skills to train their puppy or dog or need a wonderful day care.

I was in town from Chicago with my new 5-month old pup, Luna, who began acting out due to her new environment (my parents' house in Marietta is much bigger than my little one bedroom in Chicago) and I needed to get her into training asap! Sandy's basic obedience class did wonders for me, Luna and my parents - over the course of 5 weeks we gained so much confidence in giving Luna direction and boundaries. Sandy also would stay with me after class to debrief on specific questions when I had them. I even put Luna in her daycare for a temperament test as I was so curious to get Sandy's read on her personality and interaction with other dogs! Sandy even paired Luna up with another Australian Cattle Dog that day so they could play, as she mentioned dogs of the same breed often recognize one another. Sandy just plain LOVES dogs and you'll want to soak up every bit of knowledge she generously offers. The last thing I'll mention is that I noticed many of her clients are repeats, whether they're bringing a new dog to class or further working on specific behaviors with their existing dog. This also reassured me that Sandy is THE best. Thank you Sandy for your help with Luna! We've carried all of our tips and tricks right up to Chicago :)

Dog School 101 is absolutely amazing for both daycare and training. Sandy takes the time to work with each dog in daycare, introducing them to other dogs slowly and making sure all the "children" are comfortable and confident in their play groups! We also just finished beginner obedience training, and we learned so much about our pup from Sandy's decades of experience, as well as her observations from working with our dog in particular. We look forward to using the other services and participating in other classes with Dog School 101!
