4 unneeded people at the register's and 2 poor employees running around in the shoe department with a ton of people waiting. Handicapped stall with baby changing table was locked so I asked for help and waited 15 min. Finally went to the front to ask for help and the indifferent girl at the front said it was out of order. How about a sign? Or maybe just an apology and act like you care? There are plenty of amazing Dick’s around here. Go to a different one with better customer service.

Ordered some shoes that were the last ones in stock “A rare shoe” to have my wife drive out 40 minutes to go get them while I was out of town, they put the wrong shoes in the box and now they’re out of stock… it’s disappointing… if you’re wondering the Shoe, it was the Nike Alpha fly 2’s. I have actually never been excited for a shoe this much. But that’s what reviews are right? It’s your personal review of a place, and mine wasn’t great. :( they were able to avoid a single star because the store itself had decent customer service.

Do NOT believe their web site. It will say it has things in stock at the particular store, but they are not. Also, Dick’s is full of this overpriced poor quality Nike stuff. Everything is Nike. No thanks. The saving grace is Kassandra in shoes. She was super helpful.

I went to this store today to make a purchase of a soccer cleat and sought information from an employee who was in another section and was completely unprepared to provide the information and rude. Later, I looked for another employee and the same thing happened. I was going to buy a children's cleat, but I gave up and will never return to this store. I am surprised by the lack of organization and preparation of this store. Please, manager, pay attention to these details. My purchase might not make a difference in this store's budget, but surely others have noticed the same thing.

I went there for a good pair of running shoes about a few weeks ago. I met Jalen who kindly pointed me in the direction of Alooya, a sales associate in the men’s shoes section. Alooya was courteous and humorous and very helpful when it came to deciding what shoes to pick out as I have very wide feet and needed something that would be both comfortable and reliable. I settled on the Hoka Clifton 9’s in black with white trim. I’ve used them almost everyday. Thanks to Alooya and Jalen for a great customer experience!

I had a curbside pick up order and I walked into the store to pick it up and the cashiers just sat there and stared at me. I have lots of retail experience and at least try to acknowledge people when they walk in the store regardless if I’m not the one designated to help them. I mentioned it to the guy who came to help me who I think might’ve been the manager and he very snarky responded back “well as you can see were busy” (there was nobody at the registers). Honestly I was in and out pretty fast it’s just the overall attitude of staff that was appalling.

Excellent service from Deborah and two others in the shoe department at East Cobb today. They went above and beyond to put my daughter in new pair of Hokas.
