I have been with DCCU for more than 12 years and in mi opinion this is one’s of the best bank/credit union I have been,,,,, they always take care of my financial needs and answers all my questions,,, their staff is friendly and always treat me with respect,,,!!! I will continue making business with DCCU for many years to come,,,,,, I highly recommend this place to all,,,, Thank you,,!!! M.G.

I applied for a loan and the loan advisor said I need a quick credit score boost. They advised to use cash app to $890 deposit and withdraw boost my credit score, so this equals out. The next day I noticed money missing from my account and my daughter took me to the bank explained I had chemo yesterday and I'm still recovering from Covid-Pneumonia on July 27, 23 Zelle issued a credit. August 1st $890 was taken out of my account the bank keeps telling me it has something to do with the cash app transaction, when I spoke with cash app regarding activity on my account. I go back to the bank again they issue a refund, that didn't last long they reversed it.

Their service is terrible. I waited here an hour due to poor communication from a backed up card machine. Management failed to report back the correct estimated wait time. They told me that it would take 5 minutes to print my card after it took 30 minutes to fix the machine. However, it took them another 45 minutes to print it. Don’t recommend coming here for banking. Seek another branch.

This review is for this local branch specifically. I banked with an online-only bank for a number of years and have recently started banking with DCCU. It’s been wonderful to have real human beings to interact with and ask questions. Recently we had a time sensitive situation at the end of the business day. We rushed to the branch and one of the bankers went out of her way to help us when others said it would have to wait. We were so thankful. It’s little things like personal touch and going the extra mile that makes working with a bank or any business special and builds loyalty. Thanks Charlene!

I've been a member of this Credit Union Bank for a number of years and have enjoyed all of the amenities it has to offer. I'm a strong supporter of Credit Unions vs conventional banks for several reasons. In fact, I have financed 2-3 vehicles through DCCC over the years and they have all been pleasant. I typically bank at the Cumberland location and have noticed lately for the past month that I'm not able to make/withdraw any funds from their ATM machines, which forces me to go inside and when I question the tellers as to why I'm unable to use the ATM, they have no clue. Talk about frustrating ?. This has cause me to start thinking about transferring all my funds to Navy Credit Union. It seems to me no matter the line of business, it's not until you threaten to take your business elsewhere is when they want to work with you to try and resolve the ongoing issues.? I also have my main bank back home, USAA so I have zero problems just transferring all my funds there and closing my DCC accounts because I just moments ago left the Dallas Hwy location at 6:00 pm where I attempted to deposit two checks via the ATM and both were rejected for reasons I can't understand. One check is an income-tax and the other an insurance settlement so it's incomprehensible as to why the machine kept rejecting them. I will strongly be considering changing financial institutions ??for sue!

Update:I have left my original review below for context, but the great takeaway is that DCCU made the situation right. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how we fix those mistakes that truly matters. I received a call from a nice lady in the executive suite. She expressed her concern for my issue. She then listed steps that would be taken to prevent this type of issue from occurring in the future. My check was available the next day. Considering this was business money and not personal, having access to it was critical and she understood this. I really appreciate her and the team at my local DCCU for stepping up and making this right. I have updated to a 4 star and will review my dealings with the credit union after a few months and possibly bump to a 5.Thank you, and God bless ?Original:The experience with this bank has been bad in almost every regard. The straw that broke the camels back is they supposedly only reconcile their ATMs 2 times a week. They rejected a check I deposited 3 days ago, and now I cant get it back for another 3 days. They reconcile 2x a week but I have to wait 6 days to get my check back. If their basic math can't add up, I am certainly not trusting them with my money. In essence they have stolen the money I use to run my company for 6 days. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and any other oversight / licensing boards.

Bank is ok. Decent rates. Digital services are horrible. Constantly goes down and and then calls and asks very personal information to get your account back active. Extremely inconvenient and no effort to correct. Just puts the extra effort onto the customer. Customer service is not in America and difficult to understand. Then when they transfer you to a person who can talk to you, they are rude and do everything g they can to NOT help you. Been with them for 10+ yrs. Will be taking my bulk money elsewhere. Regular checking can stay.

We've had accounts here since the 1990's. Always quick and thorough service, whether in the drive thru, at the ATM or inside. Through the years DCCU has guided me through taking care of business, given me most helpful financial advisor time, quick taking care of fraud experience, and loans/mortgages that I felt "safe" about doing with them. Staff has always been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I feel very fortunate have banking where it feels like "family" to me.

ATM broke again… they have 1 machine for all of Cobb co. and it never works . If you work nights like me and rely heavily on atm machines for banking then don’t use this bank ! What a joke

Horrible. There are no words to express how much I hate this bank. I'm writing this review on Veterans Day. I myself am not a veteran, but I'm married to one, and as such, I had all sorts of things I wanted to do today, to surprise my husband. In addition to it being Veterans Day, today is also Friday (payday) so all of the stuff I wanted to do for my hubby today was riding on my getting paid. Aaaaaand my paycheck didn't clear. My boss sent it in, I can see it under pending, the money exists! But since they're closed today, there is no one to push it along into my account. I tried calling the helpline, but again, they're closed today, it's just the world's most unhelpful answering machine. I know the money will be in my account tomorrow (because God help them if it's not) that's not what bothers me. It's the fact that this is not the first time something like this has happened; I've come to realize if there is any opening for them to drop the ball, and render your account/your own money inaccessible to you, you can bet they'll do it on their off days, and leave you to tread water until they deign to come back to the office. TL;DR It's fine if you don't actually need to have access to your money.

Greetings, we must admit, were was setback by the representation of your management team. We were thinking it would be more inclusive.With this being said, I have been a member of DECU for many years now, and your services have not failed us.The wife and I just applied for a HELOC, and Mattie Ford (Knott) helped us through the process and it took less than 2 weeks.This wasn't the 1st time Mattie has guided us through the loan process without unnecessary delays. Granted, we are good-standing customers, but your overall processes give us confidence that we can achieve much with DCCU on our side.We seldom hand out Kudos, but DCCU deserves one, and thanks for all the company has done we hope you continue to serve this community.

I've been using DCCU now for a little over two years now. I like this bank because I have never had any problems or issues or anything while banking here or with my mobile deposit or Zelle Etc.The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Same experience if you call their phone number anytime 24/7-365. It's been a great banking experience all around. I had given up on using banks all together for several years.That was until a friend referred me to DELTA.C.C.U. I am really glad I gave this particular bank a chance because they haven't disappointed me yet. I've even told others people to try this bank but having only One Branch in Marietta is not good for most customers including myself.The one branch they do have is always extremely busy because there's only this One that you can visit. So that's why I do the majority of my banking through their mobile banking app.
