Dean is a very nice guy but he will not go to bat for you when you have a problem with Farmer’s. Dean always called me when a premium was due but did not in March when my Homeowners premium came up. We have used Farmer’s for many years with 0 claims and have paid them around $10,000 per year. We had a claim for lost jewelry lat month and he called me back to tell me that we do not have homeowners becaus the premium was not paid. I never received an invoice in the mail and he did not call to tell me that it was due. I was crazy with fear to know that my expensive home had not been insured for four months and that I couldn't collect on the lost jewelry. I asked to speak to someone high up at Farmer's but only received an email from regional maniac get Patricia Taylor saying that two invoices had been sent. I file all of my correspondence and never received anything. She said to contact her if I had any questions. She never returned my three calls. I was so disappointed with both Dean and Farmer’s and never use either again.

I get emails from this agency non stop. I have called the office, replied to emails and blocked. They still email from other email addresses. This is absolutely ridiculous marketing. You couldn't pay me to use your agency based on your aggressiveness alone.

In my first interaction with Dean as my new Farmer's Insurance broker, he saved me over $240.00 on my auto policies with no changes in coverage. Dean also addressed some issues and questions that I had regarding my coverage in a timely fashion. His staff/agents are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Dean and his team exhibited the utmost professionalism when handling a recent claim of mine. I was in a panic after the accident, but the staff kept me calm and made sure I had everything I needed to get through a very stressful moment in my life. While looking for an auto and homeowners bundle I had the pleasure of working with Katie Macaulay. She is not only knowledgeable about the insurance policies, but exhibited excellent customer service skills while waiting 6 months on my husband to give the okay to bind the policy. My husband had her change the coverages, taker off certain vehicles, and put on new vehicles. She made sure that we did not only get the best coverages, but made us feel like we were taken care of by our guardian angel himself. God has placed her as a blessing in our lives that has saved us thousands!
