I didn't sign up for this Allstate experience, however l dealt with this office for several years. My original agent, left the Allstate organization and l got picked up, by this Allstate office, by default! Each Allstate office is signed into a culture, l will no long support! The money grab culture, is something l could no longer deal with! The service was fine at this office, it was the cost l could not justify!

I can't help but commend the outstanding service provided by two exceptional members of the Allstate team – Cheryl Church and Caprice Godfrey. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, prompt responsiveness, and wealth of expertise truly stood out. Thanks to their exemplary assistance, we made the confident decision to choose Allstate for our car insurance and to continue entrusting them with our home coverage. Cheryl and Caprice patiently addressed all of my inquiries, guiding me towards the optimal policies for both our vehicles and home. Their professionalism is truly an invaluable asset to the team.
Although I'm inclined to rate Allstate a perfect 5 star solely based on their remarkable service, I've opted for a 4 rating. This adjustment is due to the fact that I had to initiate contact with Allstate rather than being approached proactively by our Allstate representative -- it would have been preferable for our rep to have reached out and offer their expertise. Luckily for me, I met Cheryl and Caprice and decided to stay with Allstate.

Everyone here has been very helpful and pleasant. I have gone into the office for a review of my policy which was quite helpful, and I receive reminders which help too. Also, when I call or e-mail with questions, I get a quick response.

More than two weeks ago my roof began leaking, and massive water damage ensued. Despite MANY attempts on my part, I have not gotten any help or money from Allstate. I called Dan Forman's office and was referred to claims -- no help available. My once-beautiful house looks post-apocalyptic, I am living in the basement with my dogs (and coughing a lot), and Allstate does not care. Supposedly an adjuster will finally come on Tuesday 2/13. Dan's office staff are happy to sell you insurance, but do not expect help or support when something goes sideways.
