I would like to just point out first to the other reviews made, make up the majority of mine. As for the reason I, in particular, are giving 1 star? Well, I'm not sure where to begin. Very disappointing and confusing location for CVS as a company whose business model is to always put customers first. I mean, consumer is literally in their name. I am a former Shift Supervisor in Training (I had prior retail management experience for reference) who was scolded for trying to fix this location's customer service issue. I was told before by Rita, the Operations Manager (equivalent of an Assistant Store Manager), again, that "I can't spend too much time trying to help customers" who didn't understand English. Yeah... so, I can assure all of you that it is very real that upper management does not care about being kind to any of you. I refused to let it work its way down. I have additionally been scolded, rather unprofessionally, for the most minor of things━in which, let me be very clear, wouldn't have been a problem, only if it didn't happen to be literally in front of the entire store. Resulting in people's families and children witnessing it. Never in my life have I seen some of the outbursts, publicly, throughout my time working a year in retail management. I am not into bashing former employers, but I can, and will, hold them accountable for this behavior. Especially when there's a pretty extensive pattern of it on here. It appears that this location has a genuine problem with perceptions of "power" and "authority", and I'll just say, it's sad to see it occur even to customers. I mean, almost as if my experience speaking on behalf of former staff, wasn't already enough. There's so much I can add on to this post, but I'll just end it with this. I genuinely hope things turn around for this location. I, just as many others, see a lot of potential. But, denying these things, respectfully, won't be a matter of ratings on Google or the CVS app one day. I say it's time for some serious intervening from above.

I couldn't possibly be getting watched by the Indian woman while I was shopping in the cosmetic department today. That couldn't have been what was happening right.....? #jokesonyou

Apparently the poor pharmacists are short handed because I've been waiting over 30 minutes to transfer my prescriptions to them. I'd go elsewhere if it wasn't my insurance's preference. Still waiting as I type this. All personnel has always been kind and helpful.

I’ve never rated a pharmacy before (and don’t like to promote negativity) but the pharmacist was repeatedly and unbelievably rude. I will never go to this location again for a vaccine or prescription.

CVS should seriously invest in customer service training for the rude pharmacy techs. There been one helpful pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with (Jenny) the rest have been short, condescending, and rude.

Worse CVS ever. Got racially discriminated by the night supervisor, Ritas. I had to pay my rent & hustled all day, just to stop here, 40 minutes of them closing. The ATM was down so i tried to cashback over $200 because i needed to pay. She tells me, no you cant do that and that she wasnt going to help me at all. She looks like the type where her husband pays all the bills so she never been in this type of situation before but when there is nobody else here, you could have helped out. Evil woman.Anyways, head to cobb parkway CVS in kennesaw. When i walked in, the muscular build cool dude at the counter, welcomed me with open arms. I wish i knew his name to shout him out, he was blessing.Dont go to Due West

The nurse in the clinic should work at Walmart as a janitor with her attitude, not as a nurse. I don’t recommend going there.

I have never experienced a more mismanaged pharmacy in my life. Tried to pick up a prescription… still not done after nearly a day of waiting. No one behind the counter has any sense of urgency, nor does it appear they are well trained. The line kept growing longer, until people began simply leaving.Never experienced this when I went to Walgreens….. but our new insurance plan is cvs focused. 40 minutes waiting…. And counting

I received excellent service from this particular CVS, the lady at the drive thru was fantastic, they filled my meds in 15 minutes and called to let me know they were ready for pick up. This happened on 01/21/25. I will be changing to this store, many thanks

I do not recommend their Minute Clinic. They will cancel your appointment two hours before with no explanation.

The CVS representative, Kathy, showed a lack of concern for my time. When the customer in front of the line stated she had to wait for her friend to get to the store and that Kathy could help someone else, Kathy stated they can wait. That showed poor customer service to me because she made others wait when she could’ve helped someone else.

Hands down worst pharmacy in the area. They won’t let you know that they are out of your life saving meds till the day you need them. And the people will hang up on you and be awful to you the entire time you’re on the phone. Don’t even waste your time here the staff is awful and they could care less about your livelihood

This has been my pharmacy for the last 15 years. When I lost my job and had to go with a affordable healthcare plan via the government, CVS advised they do not accept these type of prescription plans. I was shocked & disappointed. I would often shop at CVS for many other items besides prescriptions, but after this news, I'm sad to say, I will never set foot in another CVS store again.
