They do NOT deserve a 1 star!! Staff is rude. Customer service is Horrible. They lost my camera which we took lots of photos on our vacation and after 6 months of following up, NO ONE takes responsibility. I will file a complaint and get everything back!!

The associate who helped me was friendly but the quality of the photos I ordered were terrible. They were so blurry. Quality at Walgreens is always better.

This particular location is always a mess and the computers for pictures and check out always glitch out. It doesn’t help that the employees seem sad and that customer service is a stretch for them. The pharmacy literally lost my prescription and called a month later for another request and by that time I switched venues altogether. I gave it three times because I like the Trader Joes next door, but it isn’t worth the disappointment.

I’m really disgusted with the pharmacy at this CVS, specifically the lead pharmacist. He doesn’t communicate and he treats his customers with a complete lack of respect. The last straw was when he refused to fill a prescription from my doctor for Paxlovid and then lied to me to say it was an insurance issue. My doctor was outraged and sent the prescription to Walmart instead, who had no issues filling it, though it cost me a 2 day delay starting it. I understand that pharmacists are supposed to ‘manage’ a patient’s prescriptions despite having no insight into their actual health conditions, but this pharmacist has twice put my health at serious risk by delaying urgent prescriptions because he didn’t understand what it was for. I’m done with CVS.

I had a question on using my coupons when buying a product today. There was no associate at the counter, and when he turned up, I asked my question, but he asked me to do it at the kiosk and figure out from there. It was difficult to understand the prompts, but he ignored my call for help. It took me time to figure it out myself - time that would have been saved if the associate tok just a minute to help.

I had a coupon for medicine,they did not know how to take information on coupon to activate it. Need trained people !

Terrible service. Very poor communication and no extra effort to help out with hard yo get scripts or when they screw up. Which is about every other script filling. They also only loosely follow their lunch times. Routinely leave early and re-open late. I can't recommend them.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy known to mankind. They have 50 people working in the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist to fill orders. The other 39 are putting up inventory, which makes no sense. Why can't this be done late evening like other retailers. The drive thru is pointless as you can sit there for 30 minutes or longer. And the clerk isn't concerned that you've been waiting and Trent tells you to return in an hour to pick up your prescription. My last visit was today. I promise to not visit them again. I don't blame these employees but the corporate executives because they are clueless about customer service.

I use this location frequently(mainly for pharmacy) never had an issue with service but wait times can be long. Very busy area and literally EVERYWHERE is short staffed! I stopped by today, my issue wasn’t with the pharmacy(I’m waiting to have medication filled) but more so with the front store cashier and the lady on the isles. I wasn’t greeted, the lady on the isle was stocking she didn’t speak nor asked me if I needed help finding something. Got to the front, cashier was on a tablet she didn’t speak just put it down and started ringing me up. The whole ordeal she was irritated with me lol I haven’t the slightest clue(I didn’t have a lot of items nor did I ask any questions) after she finished I was walking away and a Caucasian lady behind me approached the register and the girl greeted her with the biggest smile! Wow! So this is what is allowed at this location? So sad and pathetic! Whether she knew the next customer or not she should greet all customers and treat them with the same respect! No excuses for her trash behavior and I’m referencing to the Caucasian girl at the front register!
