Why does CVS management overwork the pharmacy staff. Always long lines and staff physical running to help customers.

The pharmacy staff are caring. The CVS business is not. We have CVS caremark and utilize CVS pharmacy as is almost required by CVS caremark. Despite advertising in 2017 a $10 epi pen, CVS caremark/CVS now charges an out of pocket cost of $339 for epi pens (my child has a tree nut anaphylaxis). So.....don't be fooled by marketing that CVS caremark cares about providing essential medications for its members.

The pharmacy here is a joke. Always the longest lines, and note it does not open until 9am.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service. Practitioner came back from lunch 1/2 after my scheduled appointment. No apologies. Just said she has to take lunch and I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment for the time the system gave me.

Worst experience. I have called the pharmacy 3 times and they have hung up each time. This happens every time we call the pharmacy. We end up having to go in person and wait in line.

Scheduled my first of two shingles vaccine doses here. This location has reasonable parking and is on the corner of busy J Ferry and L Roswell. There is a minute clinic too. Remember to electronically check in when you arrive. They are busy otherwise filling online prescriptions and probably won't notice you in the seating area. I made this mistake and waited 10 minutes extra. The store is clean, well kept. Staff are courteous and helpful. That first dose tho oh my arm hurt for a good day or two. They have snacks and drinks here too but not enough to make a meal out of it, but across the street in any direction there are many food options here.

Seen a little past appointment time(25 minutes),11:10(/11:35) but besides this, excellent service. Nurse- Practitioner Caroline Bowness was very personable/friendly, doing a thorough examination and giving me just what I needed, while the Korean Pharmacist (was so shy&modest, requested her name not be mentioned) also provided me with a very positive medical experience. Hooray, bravo to CVS!

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a clinic. Whatever you do, DO NOT see their \\\"specialists\\\" - I was overcharged for my visit, then they didn't provide refills on something as simple as an inhaler (I asked for my usual 3 refills), just so they have the opportunity to charge me for another visit. This is nothing but a horrible money grab of a \\\"medical\\\" service. DO NOT GO HERE.

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They claim they don't get prescriptions that were sent in, they are incredibly slow, even with three people behind the counter, and if you try to call, they leave you on hold forever. Avoid this location at all costs!

This is the worst pharmacy I've even been to. I've had a problem every time I've been there. The pharmacists are completely unhelpful & they actually lied to me. They claimed they faxed my doctors office, which they did not, and then they claimed they called the doctors office 4 times and no one answered. I know for a fact that that office has 3 receptionists and I called them twice the same day & my calls were always answered. Then they were so rude when I told them that was highly unlikely. I've taken all of my prescriptions away from them & going to Walgreens. The 1 star I gave is because they're next to a Trader Joe's.

Horrible and extremely late service at the minuteclinic. The NP was just walking around, opening packages, while patients were waiting at the waiting area. It’s sad to see they don’t even care for their patients.

Just picked up some prescriptions and Shanda took care of me. She is so friendly and helpful!! Nice to have such an upbeat person behind the counter!

Never seem to have enough of a medication in stock to fill a prescription. Always understaffed; ridiculous hold times on the phone.
