What an AWESOME company! They had done the closet systems over 20 years ago in this home we bought 2 years ago. (Even after over 20 years, all 4 closet systems are still in perfect condition and look brand new!). I contacted them because we wanted to add 2 more closet shelves. Lyndsay got back to me immediately and gave me a very reasonable price for the 2 shelves. After a measurement error on MY part, they even cut the new shelves down for me (at no cost!) so I wouldn't have to order the shelves all over again. Such amazing customer service the whole way through on such a very small order--so rare these days! And such great LONG-TERM quality. They deserve 10 stars!!!Service: Closet design

I used Creative Closets and More for 4 closets in my home and they did a phenomenal job! They were also the cheapest. Barbie was my design consultant. Mark and Justin were my installers and they were quick and professional. They did so great. I thought it would take all day to install my closets but it only took them about 4 or 5 hours. I was amazed. I will highly recommend this company.

We had our small home office upgraded. The design is great. The installers were friendly and professional. What was a bit disappointing was that there was no follow-up. No one contacted us as to whether we were satisfied or not. We expected more.

Ashleigh C. was a Godsend! I have no creative vision, I just knew I needed organization and more closet space. Her designs transformed my spare bedroom, master closet, and pantry into a shoe-fanatic’s dream, a clothes collector’s delight, and a foodie’s happy place. She was kind professional and helpful from the very start. She answered all my questions and erased all my doubts; she was extremely flexible and gracious when I changed my mind and then changed it back LOL. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW SPACES!!!! The installers were prompt, professional, and all around nice guys; their work is exceptional. I have nothing but rave reviews for this company and it’s employees. They love what they do and it shows. I’m forever grateful and won’t hesitate to refer them and use them again myself in the future.

I hired Creative Closets to design and install a custom closet in my client's dressing room. Tracy, Tammy, and everyone I worked with throughout the design process were professional and responsive; communication was outstanding; and the install team was punctual, clean, and kind. The installation went off without a hitch (which is rare in the design industry!) and my clients are thrilled. Creative Closets are worth every penny and I enthusiastically recommend them!

We have waited 11 years to finally get custom closets added to our master bedroom and Creative Closets have made our closets a room of peace and organization. Victoria was our designer and she managed to look at our chaos and design a perfect closet for us. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. With the backlog we did have to wait 5 months before the install but so well worth it. She also designed a pseudo butler pantry for us that has cleared up mass clutter. The installers were amazing and extremely polite, punctual and completely respectful of our home. Don't call the other guys-just call Creative Closets. We love our closets and the complete professionalism of this company! Thank you Victoria and team!

Wow.. where is the customer experience here- NOT! Called to setup a consultation for two master closets. Asked for consultation and was told u less I wanted to wait till Sept for an install they wouldn’t come out. BIG miss- closets at our home in Fl over $100k and current home in Atl was $135k. Won’t deal with you all due to the snooty attitude!

Beverly did an awesome job with our "Covid Game Cabinet". We collected quite the collection of board games this year! We had an empty space next to tv....she designed the perfect solution! Everyone was very professional from start to finish! Would highly recommend this company!

Great experience from start to finish. Our designer came out and made suggestions. She was very friendly and helpful. We approved the designs, and got a date on the calendar. The installation went well, and we are very happy with the end results. We were surprised at how fast it went! Would highly recommend this company

Creative Closets installed our his-and-her closets in our master bedroom. They did an AMAZING job at half the price of the other companies that quoted the job! We worked with Tracy and she was very attentive to what we wanted and the installation was done to perfection! I highly recommend them!
