I Booked A Room For a Night And I got Checked In It was Kids Making Noise All Night Until 4 o’clock And The Outlets Was Not Working The AC Was Not Working and The Room Smelled Like Cigarettes and Mildew It Smelt Stank It Was Noise Outside Do Not Waste Your Money There And The Hallways To get To The Room Was Dirty And it is Unsafe There Don’t Go U will Regret It

Overall not a bad stay. We had an issue with a faulty outlet the first night and they repaired it the next day. The shower was hot, the beds were decent and the AC was functional but a little loud. The in-room refrigerator also worked very well at keeping our snacks and drinks cold. For the price you can't really complain.
Nearby activities: Just two short exits from "The Battery" area.

Room could have been scrubbed clean better, the lights were very bright and unshaded. It's good for the value if you want a place to sleep though

What up G-unit, Im J.Marky, and I am Georgia! Five stars across the board you say? I say yes and the reason I say yes is because of the little things that this place lacks in it makes up for by caring and I for one find that pretty dog gone awesome. It kinda gets me right there you know. In a dog-eat-dog world where everyone thinks that there special it's nice to see a place like this that still cares. it’s not the Hyatt Regency OK but for what it is it’s ding dang good. The rooms are fine ok, you spoiled brat, and the location is good. The staff is excellent and outstanding and the housekeeping is on point. I read through all the comments and some of the people who left these low marks need to stay in Arkansas. and as for these people who said it took them four or five hours to check out how about jumping in your car and driving away?They called us the state of adventure this is Georgia.I for one like it here. Nuff Said

one thing I can say about this hotel it's very clean the staff is 1,000 i got mad because someone knocked on my door it was petty so I wrote a post i hate i ever did that because the owners and the worker's really do care and the kids are just kids they don't disrespect they just having fun GOD KNOWS I WISH I COULD GO BACK...
Rooms: The rooms are very nice.The beds is comfortable clean no bugs it feels like home
Nearby activities: I mean, you've got restaurants.The brave sdamn um it's close everything
Safety: Very safe they have cameras
Walkability: Everything is close by
Food & drinks: Outside for restaurants.Is there waffle house wand these papa Mexican restaurant gas stations target Walmart the mall the ball park

Was traveling and stayed for one night. Location was great, the lady at the front desk was nice and polite. The room was pretty big but there was mold in the bathroom and the rooms could definitely use some updating but I saw no bugs so that’s a plus. For the price it was good. I’d stay again.

This is an amazing hotel, the customer service and attention to detail is what you would expect from a much larger chain hotel. They keep cars out the parking lot and actually come to check on you to make sure you are ok! There is 0 crime and it's close to the freeway. I would 10 out of 10 come here again

Great staff very friendly nice place to have a party clean rooms no bugs really close ride to the stadium again no bugs. Close to the freeways and a few fast food spots everything including transportation is walking distance and u can order food from there tasty menu. Front office staff was very helpful and professional would definitly recomend this place to others.Rooms: Very clean no bugs and not noisy

I love this place. The beds are super comfortable and everyone that works here is the best. It’s near all the best food in the area and it’s right off of 75. 5 stars!

Mediocre. Don't show up later than one. Won't be open to get a room until 630 or 7. Only stay for business never pleasure.

The rooms reek, the outlets don’t work, there’s bugs in the sink, and we were trying to check out for HOURS no one would show up to the front desk after calling multiple different phone numbers. Do not stay here, the price for the experience is horrible.

This place are horrible there are kids running around past midnight making extremely too much noise not caring about others or having any respect for guests and is unattended without anyone monitoring their where abouts is very scary my blankets had cigarettes' burns in them as well as the room smells of fresh cigarettes as if someone were smoking before we arrived the bathtub were stained nasty couldn't take a bath because of it and the fresh smell in the bathroom which stench like mildew sitting up in the bathroom celling's the house keepers are on drugs and the owner would be lying if he says he doesn't know I've never been to a hotel place of business where the house keepers are walking or working all night long making more noise then the kids running down the walk ways slamming of doors and yelling upon all this happening i asked the white Caucasian lady for a few towels and bath cloths and were told that i would have to wait till the morning to be assisted when going down to get the door dash i ordered i past two rooms which happens to be the laundry room and i was very shocked to see the young lady in there folding up laundry after telling me i had to wait till morning to my knowledge the guests should always be top priority and should never be told anything of the matter when towels and face cloths as well as sheets and blankets should always be on stand by for emergencies my family were very upset and asked me to never bring them here again my wife spoke with someone at the front desk that interduce himself as the owner who were very rude as well as disrespectful he had a reason for every complaint she mentioned to him and gave not one apology for any of the complaints that were mentioned we will be contacting the code enforcement to look into this matter of MILDEW and BED BUGS that kinds of explain why the air were on when we entered because we couldn't smell anything until we turned the air off and turned the heat on my neighbors were great peoples and are having obstacles with BED BUGS say the owner stated to them that him and his family brought them when the House Keeper stated she thought the bug man removed them all CHECK FOR MILDEW AND BED BUGS BEFORE STAYING H.S
