I actually love my room and how it looks. I like my apartment. However the management at cooper social is absolutely horrible. They are so disorganized. Every month I keep getting charged for hidden fees. I called them and they tell me it’s from lights being left on. My roommates and I have turned off all the lights and everything. We live in dark just to avoid this. This month my hidden fee was higher. That’s insane. It’s very disappointing because they don’t have a good explanation for these hidden fees and it’s always different. They are trying to take advantage of broke college students. They go out of their way to charge you for anything or just make up stuff to charge you for.

The management of Copper Social is horrific but if you need somewhere cheap I would pick this place over u-point however it’s still not great. Rece and AJ did a great job and are very helpful in maintenance.

i’ve been here since January 2021, and Copper has only improved since then. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for me. Ms. B and Issa have always been welcoming and an amazing help. Also, the staff is just as great and always makes sure that I’m taken care of every time I go in. Thank you all for an amazing 3 years so far. <33

Copper Social, where do I begin, if you wanna be near most restaurants and stores then copper Social is the place to be. It's got all the amenities you wanna have. A Maintenance Team that will answer your needs in the drop of a dime. A pool, weight room, somewhere to chill then choose Copper Social.

it's not terrible, but if you're planning on living here permanently, you better be the type to be adaptable. just saying, don't expect too much.

This is my third year at Copper Social and my last. It just keeps getting worse. I have been trying to get my carpet replaced for 6 months now ( it’s coming up at the door)I attempted to reach out NEVER received a response i’d email, call, no response since summer. The front office people never have answers. The room tours posted on the IG are not what these rooms look like. Our AC was broken for 3 months this summer and figured a window unit would solve the problem when my roommates room was 84 in July…Pool opened a month late; oh and no lay out chairs except the 8 that sit in the pool…just tables with seats ?? My car got hit in front of the 10,000 building parked in a spot and their cameras apparently werent working at the time ?? It goes on and on.ONLY pros: the maintenance men, they’re awesomeeeee

It’s not bad but the price I expected better. I had to wait over 2 hours just to receive my keys. Then unit didn’t have a working kitchen light, the smoke needed a new battery, and it was not very clean. We applied for work order but the did not fix the light but fixed the smoke detector. It is a gated community but the gates didn’t work for 2 and half months. Overall, I am not renewing my lease.

I would not recommend living here. They are always coming in your room, they send out inspection emails almost once a week; they don’t know which rooms are which and will argue with you about what room you are in. For instance if you live in B and put a maintenance request in, they will attempt to go into someone else’s bedroom and tell you that you are wrong if you explain to them that it’s you who put it in. My ceiling has leaked so many times I lost count. The last time part of my ceiling literally came off and fell onto the floor; they do patch work they do not fix the source of the problem. The leasing office has also lost my debit card when I ordered a new one and I almost couldn’t pay my rent on time which would’ve fell on me still ( crazy right! ) thank God for my mother! I ended up having to order ANOTHER ONE. There is always trash and dog poop everywhere. Do not move here.

I've lived here for a little over a year now and things were pretty shaky for a minute. It would be dirty across the property, dog poop everywhere, & management was really bad at getting back about issues. This year has been a complete turn around. The new management team actually responds to emails, maintenance keeps the property relatively tidy, and its pretty peaceful. Destini in the office is also a delight every time I visit to grab a package.

While Copper Social may not be the most luxurious student living apartment, they deserve a positive review due to the efforts of their front office team. The recent team has displayed remarkable empathy and consistently provided me with honest and prompt resolutions to issues that the previous team neglected. They’ve taken action by sending trash and smoking violations to my neighbors and their maintenance team does a good job in attending to my requests. They even addressed the spider issue I had in my apartment by sending pest control to my unit the same week I complained. My only issue is that other students/residents in the community do not do their part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall quality of the community which affects the rest of us.

DO NOT rent here. My carpet was absolutely filthy when I moved in, with a massive sticky red stain on it. I have been trying to get it removed, to no avail. Their management is absolutely atrocious, and completely unreachable. Emails and texts go unresponded. I should have known better, when I was looking to rent it took me ten phone calls over two weeks to make minor adjustments on my contract. More the fool me, I guess. They love to charge extra fees too, so your actual rent (which is already absurdly high) is going to be $50 to $100 more per month than listed. Also, their gate and buzzer system regularly go down, leaving you stranded outside unless someone lets you in.Maintenance are the only people here who actually seem to give a damn about the property, they're the only reason I rated two stars and not one.

Really nice community! Amenities are the best around the area. New team is amazing and really helpful! Love how big the apartments are. Would definitely recommend signing here!
