Amazing! Honestly, at first I was skeptical because I had already spent months going through several different repairmen to fix my laptop, and spent a few hundred dollars just to be told they don't know what is wrong and I need to pay more for further diagnostics. I called CompuCareATL one time and explained what was happening. They immediately knew, ordered the part, and fit me in as soon as it arrived. I have a pretty busy life and my computer is vital. I couldn't be more thankful.

They made two appointments and never showed for either one.The location is a rundown building where the "receptionist" seems unaware that the business exists.The associate I spoke with on the phone seemed as if they just woke up from a nap, or was inebriated at the time as they informed me that they are "running the business from their living room couch"Not reputable.

Allen, Renate, and team provide excellent computer systems and excellent customer service. They really do care about the satisfaction of the customer! I received an excellent computer, as well as wonderful sound advice, and they went way out of their way to help my specific circumstance. I will go back to them for any future computer system! This is the third time I have used Allen and his team and I'm never disappointed. This time they brought an older and slow laptop up to speed. It now operates better than new. They are knowledgeable fair and easy to deal with. Note: They had temporarily moved to Kennesaw but now are back to the original location just off the Marietta square. Thanks Guys.

I’ve used them twice and every time I’ve been extremely happy with their service. I wouldn’t take my computers to no other person for repairs! They are nice and very honest. Not out to overcharge or take your money for unnecessary things.

Great Great Great Customer Service helping the customer efficiently , in a friendly manner. I have to said that CompuCareATL have always gone over and beyond for their customers, always answering questions with a positive attitude. Customer satisfaction is the top priority on there list. I enjoy being a loyal customer. You can not beat there prices!!!!!

Great customer service at a very affordable price. I have an iPhone 6S plus that I needed to get the screen fixed so that I could trade it in for a new phone. I spoke with one of the representatives who was kind enough to make sure that they had the repair kit for my phone available, and told me while she was looking that even if it was not readily available they would go get one to make sure that they were able to perform the job for me. I really appreciate her for that. Thankfully they did have a kit that met the needs of my phone available. I asked her what the price was going to be, thinking that it would be upwards of $100. To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. Will definitely be back and recommending people to them!

My wife had a busted hard drive - as a result of dropping her laptop and they fixed it the same day. And the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back with any future issues as they are far better than the computer repair shop nearest to me.

Allen and Renate (I think that's the spelling) were both petty great! Fixed up my computer last weekend and now it works great. Pretty fast turn around. Definitely would go back for other computer needs, as well as refer friends to them. I went because of the good reviews and they aren't lying. Good affordable folks that's not trying to squeeze all your pennies out! Thanks
