Our U-Haul rental from Compass Self storage went flawlessly. Rick and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need to rent a U-Haul come to Compass Self storage.

It has been my pleasure coming on board at this location . My background is storage I’ve worked at the mother of storage and I must say the pricing , service doesn’t compare to compass self storage Dallas hwy coming on has been joyful Thanks Hal & Rick for considering me and adding me to the team.

Went into the facility mistakenly thinking this was the place we just got a storage unit at… Could not get out because you need a code. It was after 5pm and after speaking with three different people we were told there was no manager on site to let us out. Was supposed to get a call from the district manager and waited for thirty minutes on their call before someone came to let us out that was coming in. Waited there 35 minutes with no help at all. Do not do business with this place there is no communication nor help for anything. Very badly run.

I recently rented a Uhaul truck from Compass Self Storage. The process was quick and convenient, thanks to their self-checkout option. I was able to complete the entire transaction without having to interact with a staff member. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
