Brought my TV and he was able to give a couple possible ideas as to potential issues and advice on how to fix them. I was able to fix the problem (taking the panel off and cleaning the fans) and he didn't charge me for the advice! If I ever have another issue I know where I'm going! I called Cobb Electronic for a unit that they felt they may not be able to get a part for, they stayed on the line for quite q while to help me find another place that would be able to help me. They are a class act and provide remarkable customer service in a time when it is hard to find.
