Always a pleasure to work with! They have repaired my car twice now (not my fault either time) but I will forever take my Mercedes there. Top notch service, craftsmanship, and customer service.

I cannot thank the crew enough. They replaced my bumper a while ago, and I thought it had just popped off again later, they figured out I hit another curb or driveway without realizing it, and they set it back in place and got it looking as good as possible. Scott was a tremendous and they were gracious to do this for me free of charge, months after replacing the bumper. This is a prime example of going above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!!!

The receptionist was a complete jerk. Before I could even walk in the building, a guy came out and asked me for my key and told me he worked here. It seemed like he did so I gave it to him but I just wanted to be sure before he pulled off so I hurried up inside and asked the receptionist if he worked here (pointing at the guy). He was on the phone and completely ignored me. I understand that he was on the phone but my issue is this, if someone comes in to your establishment with a sense of urgency and concern, asking a yes or no question? You can't just answer yes or no? So you can't multitask at all. It's the fact that he intentionally ignored my simple question while holding a finger up at me. The other employee actually cared and came out from his cubicle with a sense of urgency because I was clearly perturbed. Thank God the guy who took my key actually worked there. Get someone at the front desk who can juggle and diffuse a simple issue.

Thank you so much Classic Collision for your work on my car. I’ve had an issue with the paint on my hood and I have been in an ongoing battle with various shops in Atlanta for months about it. The protective coat was slowly cracking and peeling off on its own accord, and the shops I had contacted previously either laughed off my concerns or downright rejected working on my car. One shop even quoted me for $2,500! However, Ron and his team at Classic Collision have been amazing to work with. They gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame. In fact, the actual turnaround time was quicker and the actual price cheaper! Throughout the week my car was in the shop, I received updates from Ron himself before I even had the chance to phone in. My car was returned clean, in pristine condition, and with an exact color match on the hood. Thanks so much for your wonderful and timely work!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Classic Collision Marietta. They managed the repair of my vehicle perfectly, communicating through the entire process. The work they performed is stellar and there is no other collision center I’d recommend.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of their work and their failure to honor their advertised lifetime warranty. I brought my vehicle to Classic Collision Cobb Parkway for repairs after an auto accident. The front hood of my car had sustained damage, and I entrusted them with the task of restoring it to its original condition. However, shortly after the repair was completed, I noticed a crack in the paint, which was not present prior to the repair. I was told by another repair shop that there was an air bubble under the paint and over time the paint cracked.Concerned about the quality of their work, I promptly returned to Classic Collision Cobb Parkway to address the issue. I showed them the crack in the paint and reminded them of their lifetime warranty, which they prominently advertise. To my surprise, I was informed that I would be required to pay an additional $1,000 to have the issue rectified.Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the additional amount, as I believed it was their responsibility to fix the problem they had caused. However, my dissatisfaction has only grown since then. The clear coat on the repaired area is now peeling off, leaving my car's front hood in a visibly deteriorated and unsightly condition. This is not only aesthetically displeasing but also raises concerns about the long-term durability and protection of the repaired area.I find it unacceptable that Classic Collision Cobb Parkway has failed to deliver on their promise of a lifetime warranty and has instead charged me for their own bad workmanship. As a consumer, I expect to receive quality service and repairs, especially when a company advertises such guarantees.Service: Painting

Geico referred me to them for a small minor fender bender. Car was really in excellent condition besides the minor scratches from the accident. Picked up my car and the engine light was on however when I dropped it off it was not.Prior to picking up my car is where it gets messy, they advised me car would be ready on Tuesday 6/13 at 4p and then it changed to 6/13 5p. I called them prior on 6/7 to check on the status and details of repair. I originally dropped car off on 6/6. So when I saw the slight time change in app I knew something was wrong. When I called today they advised my car was ready but Geico did not pay them so I couldn’t pick up until Tuesday. So I called Geico and they took care of everything. The shortest weirdest looking joker with no neck, James Womack attempted to explain to me why the engine light is on now but not when I dropped it off. He was rude and instead of taking ownership or apologize to deflect the situation he made it worse. He needs to learn how to deal with customers and art of communication. The gentleman that was my claim handler was way more professional. He did my initial intake and just as confused on why my engine light was on. No neck Womack gave me the code list from the time of drop off that did not contain the same code list at pick up. Make it make sense! Do not come here.. beware very shady business!!! Not sure what parts they took off or damage but waiting on diagnostic now from Dodge.

I took my SUV there to have them determine how much more damage was done by a driver that had GEICO insurance. Initial estimate $4,500. Supplement $4,000. It's a 2018 with a little over 100,000 miles on it, and it has two class action suits against it. The body shop said it wasn't totaled, and GEICO said they would repair it. It isn't even worth that because there was also another accident with small damage. I wanted to do cash in lieu of repair, and GEICO refused. So, Classic Collision couldn't put my car back together and I had to pick it up with a missing muffler, and a missing bumper. It was given back to me in an illegal driving condition because the license plate couldn't even be put on because the bumper was missing. They loaded all the damaged parts in the back of the vehicle, and the owner, James, had to try and find my license plate amongst the rubble and told me to keep it up front with me. I was crying and explained to him that I was a single mom with a disabled daughter, and honestly, no one cares about your life situation. I even offered to pay them from the initial insurance payment to put a bumper back on and a muffler. They refused. They want ALL the money. So, GEICO wants to pay the least they can, so I know they wouldn't have to pay Classic another $4,000, and the body shop wouldn't get anything if it was totaled. They sent notification to Enterprise with the box checked that said, "Total Loss." Hmm. Can you say deceptive practices? I took the vehicle in for an estimate, and took it home in worst condition than when it arrived. Next to the box that said I give them permission to repair my vehicle after the tear down, I wrote, "Notify first." Why would I say that if I knew they were just going to make me repair the vehicle, or return it in worse condition than when I took it to them. A small claims court action may be coming their way.
