Would definitely recommend classic collision to anyone needing body work done. Julie is so pleasant, professional and helpful with paperwork she made checking in and out a breeze, John repaired my truck back to perfection, they were quick and made sure to communicate every step of the way.

I received excellent customer service and my car’s repair was done to perfection! I had body damage from an accident. John Ray is the guy that took care of getting my car repaired. Honestly, it looks like it did when I first purchased it, plus my car is running better than it did when I dropped it off, although I know they didn’t do mechanical repairs. Upon leaving John checked my car over again and made sure my tires were properly inflated due to the cold weather, and on top of that he referred me to a reputable shop to get the mechanical repairs done. I had such a great interaction with lady that took all my information. She’s warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. If I EVER need body work done (on my car😉) it will be done here! Thanks again for a job well done!

Truck not repaired in entirety, my concerns were never addressed. Left with uncertainty that my vehicle was handled with care. John never had a clear answer, definitely was holding back information or just had no idea what he was doing. I believe he has little experience with customers and only fills a position classic collision needed in oppose to a qualified employee. Asked several times for an explanation on damages to my vehicle and could never give me a straight answer. Even asked me to reach out to the insurance to address damages ???? That is the reason I brought the truck to a COLLISION SHOP!!! To report findings and have them repaired or at least try! Never provided any denials from the insurance just kinda, maybes, could be’s, very well may be’s. Not one clear answer from this guy

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Classic Collision located at 1850 Airport Industrial Park Drive, Marietta, GA 30060, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by John Ray, the service advisor, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As this was my first experience taking my vehicle in for collision service after being hit by another driver, I was understandably apprehensive. However, John made me feel right at home and guided me through the entire process.
I brought in my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350, which had damage to the tailgate, lower trunk areas, and back bumper. The quality of work at Classic Collision is simply excellent—truly world-class, especially when it comes to handling European cars.
I also want to take a moment to commend Mr. David Brown, who kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle's repairs. Navigating the insurance process with the at-fault party was challenging, but David ensured that I was always up to date and that my vehicle was returned in a timely manner.
If you're looking for exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail, Classic Collision is the place to go. I wholeheartedly recommend this collision shop to anyone in need of A+ service!

Recommend by my insurance company to get my car fixed here after an accident.
The staff is very friendly and communicated with me and my cars progress throughout the process. Took about a week for my car to be fixed and I got an estimate with the cost within a few hours after drop off. As soon as I arrived to drop my car off, they had already communicated with my insurance company so right up front they knew all I had to pay was my deductible so it was easy and convenient not having to go back and forth with them. Hope I don’t have to go back soon for obvious reasons (bc this stuff is usually a pain) but I had a very positive experience here
