I brought a defective product from Citgo on Saturday, Tuesday I returned with the defective product abd the cashier there Bos... refused to look at the receipt, refused to exchange the product, refused to call the manager, and only told me to come back when the owner was there.

Do not go to this store! They charge your card multiple times after you leave. They charged me over 100$ in gas when I only got 18$ worth. When I went back to be refunded they said it was my banks fault. They have a case against them and are being investigated for fraud by Cobb county. Bad business.

Steals money from your card at the gas pump. 100$ was charged to my card at the pump & the employees say it was my bank that charged it when it clearly says Citgo Austell

Make sure gas is pumping. I observed gas not coming out but the pump was saying otherwise at $3 and some change. The gas gage did not go up, no additional miles. I went to complain, I took pics, and asked for receipt, and $3 they declined..said come see owner but the owner is never present. So bad review time. I came to see owner but the owner told me she is not the owner or owners wife...lol you are giving away free $$$ for the first gallon nothing comes out.

Worse customer service ever. The cashier answered his cell phone in the middle of my transaction. There was a line that we stood in for 5-10 mins and not because they were busy. That was my 1st and last time going to that citgo
