Horrible experience. My wife opened an account and we needed to convert into a joint account. Agents are not trained well so they made us come 3 times to be able to do it as they 1) didn't tell us we needed a passport, then 2) they didn't tell us we had to make an appointment. Very disappointed with the service quality

Please run. I just opened up an account here and they pretty much took my money and have it hostage for like 2days. Apparently if you try to use your account they will think you are fraud? I’ve never had this issues in my life. And the lady was very unhelpful. I had to come back up to verify myself and she kept trying to talk to me as if she didn’t just mess up my whole account. This has been a horrible experience also during work hours I had to come there. Please avoid.

Quick and easy. This branch has a Notary and Notary service here which i utilized as well as getting a money order. Nice employees.

No drive up ATMMake you come inside to deposit cashATM inside never accepts bills have to stand there and put the same bill in ten timesDepositing money for my husband to pay a bill I have his card his pin his account number demands an id to deposit cash. Ladies at front desk not helpful or understanding and just say sorry nothing we can do. Find a bank with better customer service.

Recently moved to GA and was having difficulties getting a cashiers check because I had a bank with locations in FL only. I stopped into this location only a few minutes before closing time and the branch manager Lorie was extremely helpful and patient. I later set up a checking and saving account with Chase because of how wonderful my experience was here and I have been satisfied with all the locations I have been to.

As the name goes...they "Chase" you away to the nearby Bank of America or PNC Bank. I was told that an individual's computer isn't working and to come back after an hour. The branch had ONLY ONE computer. They aren't interested in your business!!

Unfortunately one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. The tellers at this bank are rude and Chase as a company is very difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away

This location has lots of temp workers that are not knowledgeable & you end up paying for their errors. Last week $90k wire was bounced back due to teller not putting correct info & I was charged $50. It's been a week , multiple phone calls & still no answer or no return call from any manager ! Stay away , in process of finding a new bank

Trying to add a beneficiary to my account since March 2020 and has been a pain and could not do it till date which is 5/6/2020. Most of the locations are drive thru only, chase don’t have online facility to handle this, the branches that are open don’t have appointments, very very rude staff. Please don’t think of chase bank. I have been with Synovus for 18 years and they are exceptionally great. I will be closing this account today with Chase. HAD ENOUGH

My wife and I just opened accounts at this location. We were assisted by Jennifer M. who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She made sure we has a thorough understanding of the different accounts and the services that Chase provides. A pleasure doing business at this location.

Very rude and unprofessional bank employee. Hate going there , but love the location of this bank branch. This same bank employee is very rude every time I go there. Rolling her eyes, giving me a look and showing attitude every time I come. And I only come once a month to cash a check. I do not ask for extra service, but be polite and nice.

I'm giving them one star because zero isn't an option. Straight to it, their teller Nicole is racist! I came in dressed down in sweats to cash a check. The check wasn't massive, but more than she makes. I have a bank but this was one closer and the check was written off an account there. I stood there and she was taking forever. In 15 minutes she gave me these excuses in this order: she couldn't find the account. The account that she couldn't allegedly find doesn't write checks ( later she said checks of this size ) and lastly they don't have a signature so she can't compare the one on the check and needs to call the account owner. Btw, this is not a small company! In short, I'm black so I must have stolen and forged this check. Well I was going to open a bank account with Chase but I will be taking my money and all my business ( more than she'll ever see ) to another less racist bank! Stay classy NICOLE!
