Great experience! Beth was great and very informative about the different types of accounts and cards available. She was kind enough to explain everything step-by-step and walk me through everything. Very personable and professional. The teller Rita was also super sweet. They made my first impression of the bank a great one. The facility itself was also modern and clean. Highly recommend this branch, and Chase Bank in general!

They refuse to follow up with me. Every time someone at the branch speaks to me they assure they will call me back and 3 times in a row over the last 2 weeks I have to call them and sit on the phone for 20 min every time.So frustrating to deal with

I'm putting 5 stars not for the bank but for the customer service that was received.Hello this message is for who it may concern, I just wanted to leave a feedback, but that wasn't an option under how can we help drop down menu.12/28/21 my mother and I finally received the service that we should of had the first time. My father passed away, so I'm helping my mother get all of the financial stuff together, and the pass couple of day have been given the run around weather it was calling in to customer support or going to a branch. Finally the other day my mother and I met with a banker that helped us more than anyone, her name is Joanne(E797940), she is very nice, friendly, patient,and understanding, she is the type of person that is an asset to your business, and is the type that should be moving up in the company where ever she wants to be, if it wasn't for her we would still be trying to figure things out and frustrated. If there was a way to thank her any better we would, so taking time out of my day to provide positive feedback for her as she should be recognized as one of your better bankers, I hope your able to find more employees like her, that actually care about helping the customer and keeping clients coming back to do business with the company, I can not praise her enough.I hope in some way you guys are able to show her gratitude.Sincerely the White family

I withdrew a large amount of cash today. The teller NEVER requested any form of ID, despite me providing my DL and carry permit. Yikes. I'd hate for someone to have fraudulent withdraws on their account due to a lousy teller.

I came to notarize my medical document and called right before the visit as some of branches doesn't offer Notary services. Yishai, the branch manager was super nice and knowledgeable, he was kind enough to took care of me and my husband even without an appointment. What an excellent customer service!

3615 Sandy Plains Road Marietta GA 30066. The office has a loudy music like a night-club. Very difficult to talk with the agent. Very difficult to understand what the agent was saying or explaining. I was there for "long" 15 minutes, and that horrible loudy music cause me a headache. If there are low-class music lovers, they can play it in their homes; do not obligate customers to listen to that. The enviromental music is smooth, relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable!! No that disco-club high-volume music in this branch.

Everytime I recieve payment via Chase bank check I know I'm about to have to deal with this companies BS. If you do not have an account with chase, most branches in my area are none teller assist machines only, so if you dont bank with chase they cant help you. Even when you do find a Chase that is able to help a none Chase cardholder it's a 50/50 they will even cash the check anyways. If they do not cash the check they do not tell you why, they do not call the customer to verify, and they do not care that they are wasting your time. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know, and I they are the pioneers of "If you dont bank with us, leave."

Even the one star is more than they should get. I've been banking at this location since 2010. Service went down big time. No one cares anymore. The client is just a number. The manager is NOT returning the phone calls. And I can keep going.....the c.s. on the phone is outside U.S. so you also get ZERO service from them. Extremely disappointed! By the way, DO NOT buy into the b.s. from their flyer you get in the mail with the $500 or $600.00 BONUS cash. It may work only if you have NOT had an account in the past 2 years, not the 90 days is specified on the fine print......

My daughter and I went in for her to open a savings account. We were told to sit down and someone would assist us, after waiting for 20+ minutes and no one coming to see what we needed we left. My daughter went back another day and was rudely told "didn't she know that you can open an account online, if you really want to open it here it will be an hour and a half wait" OMG people trying to open accounts and are rudely treated. Very poor customer service and lost a customer!

Walked in and sat down and unnoticed for about 10 mins. Wasn't a single customer besides me in the bank. Love Chase but this isn't the friendliest location.

My experience here is a bad one and it's because of one particular teller. She's (I thought was very nice but one day she got upset because I was using my debit card to pay my credit card bill and she wanted me to use a chip which my card didn't have. I explained to her that there's no chip and she literally tried to take my card out of my hand. I'm extremely offended because I think if I would've been another color(yeah I know and I hate to believe this) she would have acted differently. I'm 55years old and I work very hard (Constuction) I seen other customer treated differently and respectfully, so why was it that I was being treated like I was committing an crime??? I hurts that this still happens. That was last week, I just left there today and now she told me my card was coming up invalid pin. Huh? I just bought coffee with it. SMH The management came out and tried to say they may cannot process the trans. But she was backing her employee and I hope that she'll back her up epspecially since I'm thinking of filings harassment complaints on them. My wife said honey don't go there anymore but I'm stronger than that and refuse to let them deter me from being treated the way they should treat everyone else. Point blank!
