This location is the closest to my house. Last week I went to the location near my job and they didn't have a notary. This location on Power Springs doesn't either. I asked the tellers if they know a branch that does have a notary. One said no. The other said they don't have one on Saturdays. So you mean to tell me that you only have a notary during the week when I'm at work? There's no way for the teller to check another location for me? I was the only person in line. Again I was told to go to UPS store. I was told it's only $2. UPS store charges $4 per page.I'm about tired of Chase after banking with you all for 11 years.

I opened 2 business accounts here and they did everything wrong. Its been a month and I've spent 9 hours of my life in this bank and the accounts do t work. Incompetence would be too kind a word to describe all of my experiences at this branch.

Worst place to go and try to open a bank account. I’ve came up here twice and within them two times I came up they didn’t want to help me. I felt like I got dismissed twice. I’m never coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend to no one.!

The service here is absolutely terrible. I quite literally have to clear my schedule whenever I need to go to the bank because it’s always a dumpster fire of a process. I will be looking into changing banks after my experiences here.

Usually it takes me 3 to 4 minutes to walk in and cash a check at other chase banks, but today I tried this location because I was close by, never again!! It's been over 40 minutes and the damn manager can't confirm my check. Please don't come here there people are a waste of time!

I made an appointment with this location and made sure I was on time. I received a confirmation the night before to come. Upon arrival, the banker saw me and literally turned the lights off and locked the door. Mind you my appointment was at 10 in the morning. The parking lot was full. This was the absolute nail in the coffin with me. Also, as a business owner this the worse bank.

If you are planning to open a business account, do not come to this location, you will only waste your time like me, they told me that they do not have trained business personnel here.

This location has some of the most understanding tellers,Ms.Adama the supervisor is AWESOME she goes above&beyond!!!That’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Called in Saturday to schedule a appointment never answered the phone walked in yesterday to try to see if I could open an account one of the tellers was ruse in polite and not helpful at all !!!!Horrible customer service!!!

Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service experience that I had at this Chase branch. The branch manager, Andre, assisted me to resolve a somewhat complex problem that resulted in my account being frozen. He truly advocated on my behalf to resolve this issue. As a longtime Chase customer, I was impressed by his efforts to assist me. Thanks again
