If I can give this Branch ZERO stars I would. Staff is grossly incompetent. Run and don't look back! Chase's customer service has never been worse than this.

Said they're open on Saturday (via Google), drove 30 minutes to get there only to find that they're closed "temporarily" on Saturdays. They also lose another star because they mandate mask wearing.

Normally I dont have bad experiences with this location but after today I'll be driving the extra 20 minutes to the location on barrett or lost mountain. I've never had to wait more then 10 minutes in line to do whatever I need to do. I stood in line inside for 20 minutes. One customer was closing an account and opening another, I'm assuming. I thought you had to go to a desk to do that so you're not holding up the line. The banker helping her is still new, I'm guessing, because she kept having the other banker come over and help. Finally left and went to the drive thru. Again, waited about 20 minutes with the same car in front of me. This is crazy. Its never taken that long to get through a line whether it's inside or outside.

It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you call this bank for help with your business or personal account, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.

Every time I visit there's no line and everyone is eager to help me. The tellers and bankers are exceptionally helpful and the branch mgr. always smiles and waves when he sees me. I think there must have been a staff turnover or something because I see a bunch of negative reviews from last year and earlierthat dont reflect my experience.

This bank is very unprofessional and not thorough. I have had a difficult time updating and changing my account name and information. The people assisting were unfriendly and still managed to misspell my name on my new card.

Dark, dreary and abandoned looking. We went in to use the ATM because we did not feel safe using the one outside. The one inside wasn't any better. There were no lights in the area where the ATM was. If you could go to another location, I would recommend that.

Absolutely horrible service. Had to wait over 1 hour just to be seen by a banker. Just 1 teller and 1 banker at work on a busy weekend. Never have I had such poor service from any Chase branch.

If there were ZERO stars that would be the rating. Sat for more than an hour waiting for a banker to close an account, while the branch manager shot the breeze with someone in his office and the one banker was opening a new account. Inexcusable wait time for a business day at 2 pm. Finally walked out.

If I could do zero stars, I would. Waited more than an hour (I know, why?) to get my own money, walked out. One teller, one banker, one manager, middle of the afternoon on a weekday. Inexcusable customer service.
