Mr. Lebron Morgan assisted my husband and I in closing some bank accounts. He was very helpful but more importantly he has a heart of gold giving us some advice that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. Thank you Mr. Lebron Morgan.

Years ago, I stopped going inside this branch because the lady inside was incredibly rude, obnoxiously saying: " I am the only notary here today, so you will just have to wait!" Not to mention she was very nosey as to what the documents being notarized were for. She is a notary notarizing a signature! What's with the 10th degree? She really needs/needed some customer service training!NOW, I can't even use the outside ATM as twice in the past two months the ATM has taken my cash deposit without crediting my account and I had to file a claim. Which on one occasion, didn't get filed correctly by Chase staff. So no money was credited to my account after 5 days!DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU ATM at this location!! Do not use this location at all if you can help it. Nothing good inside or out at this location from my experience.

My last review got removed, but we walked in looking a bit less than casual, with a substantial check to open up and account. The bank agent or whatever they are essentially shoed us off and lost out on this check all because of how we looked.

Great experience with LeBron at this location. The branch manager Ken was also very attentive and courteous. Overall, a satisfactory visit for our banking needs.

phillipe was completely unprofessional didn't even try to help me, I had all proper documentation but because he didn't want to do his job I couldn't take the time off of work to resolve my issue. steer clear.

So not helpful. Called with a problem. They referred me to customer service.... Really. They should try calling customer service and waiting 2 hours for a call back, getting transferred to never never land and then disconnected. Called customer service again. Same drill. Oh and the manager is out and another manager is will a customer and cannot or will not call back after 5 pm. Thank you Miriam for your not so great customer service. So sorry I interrupted you... but you repeatedly telling me that you could not help me and to call customer service is NOT HELPFUL>

Unprofessional customer services & attitude to me, bad Bussines chase. I hope the fix that soon is possible because I wasted my time, I used the drive to because was a hurry they can help me , I have to going inside for nothing.

Only come here for ATM and it doesn't provide any helpful service.I needed to withdraw cash and no matter what amount it was, it would tell me I reached my withdrawal limit even though I had not withdrawn any money.The customer service line is also pretty useless.

I’m not the type of people writing the review but this is The worst customer service I ever had. I believe her name is Moriam because it was print on the receipt. She was completely not greet people and rushing while the bank has no one.

The people at this location are nice , but I deposited my check into the atm , they told me my check would be ready on Tuesday which was still 4 days untill I got my check. Now their saying it won’t process till another 9 more days. And they won’t make none of the funds available or give me the check back. so now I’m here waiting 2 full weeks to have my funds available. I’ll get my next check before this one. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Some people have bills to pay and if you can’t count on your money being where it’s suppose to be what good is a bank.

My Banker Tanni J Gibson was extremely nice, very professional, when i walked in everyone was very helpful.. Best Branch ive ever dealt with hands down
