Called them about getting the ignition cylinder replaced in my vehicle. I was told that a technician would call me about pricing. I expressed the urgency of getting my cylinder replaced so I expected to be contacted. To my surprise no one ever reached out to me. I called back a few hours later to no avail. I thought it was extremely unprofessional that no one could just say we can’t do the job instead of keeping me waiting all day for nothing. I will not be using this company again nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

Service was great, technician was very friendly and rekeyed two doors in about 5 minutes. They called ahead to let me know when they'd be arriving and got here at the time stated. Price was cheaper than it would have been to replace the locks. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My grandson locked his keys in the car. We called 2 other locksmiths. When we call you ,you gave us an approximate time,and you actually called when you were 10 minutes away. The best part is it took less than 10 minutes, to get the door unlocked. The service tech was very nice.
