Went there for a quick AC unit., my rental company refuses to fix my AC unit and it’s over 90degrees and the 4th of July tomorrow. I called Cash America ?? Pawn and they told me the units they had and the price. I went. I bought. They carried it to my car!! Thanks ?

PLEASE don’t go here!! If it’s a good item, you won’t get a courtesy call. Instead they will sale your item! I called about a watch and they told me I wasn’t in “any immediate danger” and that I had time to pay. Two days later, the watch is sold!! Customer service took my complaint and escalated it. Seems like customer service said that isn’t how things should be done and I’m in process of getting reimbursed. This place is trash! Please find another pawn company. They’re plenty in Cobb.

I purchased a trailer from them it didn’t have a VIN number now I am struggling to get a plate I can’t use it. I lost my money I call cash America pawn they told me there is nothing they can do with bad attitude bad customer service

I buy trailer from them the services was good but I donde spect they dont going to have a title I’m struggling to get a tag whenever you go and buy any trailer or item her equipment make sure they have a legal proof like a title

I went to return a controller that I BOUGHT FROM THERE. After I receive the money the cashier wants to say some “wait” “this is not the same controller you bought from here!”…. Like you are not gonna take away my money for YOUR MISTAKE. He wants to say that the controller had a different serial number…. MAKE SURE IF YOU THINK YOU WILL WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING THAT THEY PUT ALL THE INFORMATION RIGHT (IN THE FIRST PLACE). I was going to buy a laptop but ended up Leaving EMPTY Handed cause watch those laptops end up not working either lol. BAD SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE

honestly its a good place but the prices they selling USED things at... it crazy u would be better off going to walmart honestly and u pawn the stuff and get less than 190 there u can go back and its getting sold for 400+

Have been dealing with these guys for at least over 10 years and what they've done today kind of surprise me they decided to tell me that they were no longer taken on tennis shoes for me when they took tennis shoes in front of me for another guy now if I've gone 2 minute times with this particular item you would just think they will tell you what Mr. Jordan were not gonna do this anymore but I didn't get any Of this when I came to them the other day with two Levian rings if I'd known beforehand pawns here would have never taken place why in hell pawn any items with you now I should have known that but I didn't and now im letting you guys know stay away from this company.
