Shady person standing around LOL was really tall and trying to look at my transaction.... That didn't happen though. My impression was that he was a store plant though. Not random. The layaway policy is terrific even w the case of refund!

I came in to pawn some jewelry, and Ian really helped make the process easy and smooth. He explained how it would work, why the prices were what they were, and we were able to work out a great deal without any problems
