I've heard from many people how wonderful Carter's Automotive repair has been. I took our Acura MDX in for the timing belt, water pump and serpentine belt replacement. The guys are honest and do a great job. I'll be using them again.

This place is fair and honest. I trust them with my Honda Element and I know how to work on cars. I use them when it's too complicated for me to do without a lift or I don't have the time and I know what it takes to do what they are gonna do when I take my car there. And I know they aren't up to anything and they charge fair market rates for good work.

Have been looking for a great mechanic for a few years since our last one closed. We have older cars. The owner said to stop by for a question for our headlight. He had what I needed and took care of it on the spot. Super professional and efficient we have a new mechanic. Thrilled!

My car started making funny noises the night before I was driving to Chicago. Woke up the next morning 6:15 left a message on their voice-mail, got a text by 6:30 telling g me to bring it in by 7:30. Long story short, they fixed it, and I was on the road the next morning. They saved the day! My family is grateful, and the wedding cake will arrive on time! Thanks Carters!

Toed my car there and they had it for three days . It was was running but going slow.they gave me a Ridiculous diagnosis quote of $2000 to fix it. My car is worth $3000.and I was out of work for 3 days for a Racos price..I called in tears to pay for my diagnosis I was extremely disappointed..and now my car won’t even start .

Carter's was highly recommended by several people across multiple East Cobb/Marietta Facebook groups - and now I know why. Long story short, my car was doing "something funny" and while my car-savvy husband tinkered on it a bit, we knew we needed to take it to true professionals. From the time I booked my appointment through the time I picked my car up, they were friendly, professional, communicative, and informative. The were conservative in their approach and offered us options. Oh,and they didn't judge me for how long I let my car go without an oil change (personal issues caused a serious delay). Thank you so much for taking care of my car!

We had an issue that we brought in Carter’s for a repair. They quoted us $590, but when we came in to get the car they only charged us $360. Said they were able to fix much faster than expected. Grateful for their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend Carter’s!

Extremely rude customer service representative when I called to make an appointment. I wouldn't go here based on how I was spoken to.
