The flooring technician, Junior (JR), came and did everything necessary to ensure the sub-floor was perfectly level. Junior sanded the floor joists vice sanding the plywood and making it too thin. He put down a cement self-leveling compound and on the second day, he installed the flooring and quarter round. Instead of putting down the next flooring piece in the box, he made sure that the design and color scheme, looked fabulous and off-set the boards.

Junior’s remarkable ability to make this the best day of our lives and his meticulous attention to detail and coordination efforts, resulted in giving us a bedroom floor that is unmatched.
