Staff was nice and they were able to answer my questions. My passenger side door was repaired in nine days. However, they did leave a grease stain on my car seat cushion and damaged my keychain without mention about either damage to me.

I took my son's car here. I found Caliber Collision on my insurance website. We received a message from Caliber Collision that the vehicle will be ready on January 15th, 2024. We went there on January 16th, and they started telling us that the vehicle is a total loss because the cost of repairs is more than the cost of the vehicle. My vehicle was kept there for over 2 months without repairs, without necessary communication.I told them that I received a message that it will be ready on January 15th. They told me "... that's automated message." How can you promise a client a day and without any apologies, and you're telling the client that the message he received was automated?They told me that my insurance company should have called me; that the lady in charge of my vehicle is on maternity leave. Hear them!I called my insurance company. My insurance company said that they DID NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTS FROM CALIBER COLLISION IN REGARDS TO THE VEHICLE!Caliber collision is blaming my insurance company and my insurance is blaming them for not communicating with them.Questions must be asked. Right?None of them could answer my questions satisfactorily.My advise: If you're taking your vehicle here, you must plan to go there once a week to find out and see for yourself. I said you should go there physically because sometimes they might tell you what is not correct. Be present physically and ask questions so that you don't up end with their so called confusing "automated message."Their communication with their clients, from experience, is very very terrible and horrible!Just take your vehicle somewhere else.

Good work and fairly quick turnaround. And Enterprise makes getting a rental car at Caliber easy. They bring the car there and I just left it at Caliber when I was done for one-stop shopping.

Finished to perfection in 2 weeks & 2 days…10 days ahead of schedule! Amazing consistent communication every step of the way without me ever having to call. So very friendly from 1st meeting to pick up. I will never go any other place…this is MY body shop!

Had called asking if they’d do damage not done by a accident, which they replied yes they could. I drove a hour to get here and when I arrived they told me they actually don’t. Would’ve been nice if I was told that over the phone

New to area and after our car accident our insurance company told us to take here. Excellent customer service, informed every step of way. Aweaome that they work so closely with Enterprise rental. Wonderful experience and great work on repairs. Looks new!

Worst collision repair place ever. Original quote was $1200 almost $1300 and once they got my car it went to almost 5000.Not only did it jump but they started repairs without telling me the price increase & asking if it was ok to proceed. Spoke to Mike(A manager) not only did he have a nasty attitude as if I was wrong but he didn’t help as he said the car was broken down so someone had to pay to put the car back together as if he was saying I would have too….then he mentioned my deductible being only $250. I wouldn’t care if it was $2… I still should have had an option to proceed after the price jumped 3 times.Never heard of anyone proceeding with repairs especially after increasing the price by 3 times. I don’t recommend ANYONE to bring their car here because you might not get it back if the price increases without your acknowledgment like it was done to me.Don’t tell me one price then go up because that’s not right!Brenda Lane
