They’re very kind people and I wanted to support a small business for a ring I wanted made, but I can’t get them to call me back, or help me. I went in person twice and told them what I needed and asked for a quote. That was almost a year ago. I followed up calling and texting a few times and was given different excuses. It sucks because I was recommended to them, and Chris the owner was very nice. It feels like I’m begging them to give them business at this point and it just puts a bad taste in my mouth. They helped my mom no problem, and even she reminded him I was still waiting on a quote. Very odd. I’ve never been given this kind of treatment when I’m trying to patronize someone’s business.

When my engagement ring prongs came loose, I came here to see what my options were. We decided to re-set my center stone in a new (stronger) solitare setting. The pricing was really fair and Chris did a beautiful job, I love my ring again!

I needed a link taken out of my watch, so I dropped by over the weekend. Even though they were busy the staff were very quick to get to me, and were able to take the link out while I waited. The service fee was very inexpensive. Great service!

I took a necklace for new clasp and a bracelet to remove a link. They said it would take a week. It took more than 3 weeks. After 2 I called and said I would get a call back. No call back. I finally got a call that it was ready and the charge for it was $98. Horrible customer service and outrageously expensive.

My earrings have been there since December 3 for an update- 2 pair of pearls. They were promised to be ready January 31. Turns out they decided to close the day before Christmas until January 4- no notification from them. I was to wear one pair for a very important occasion in my life, but since I couldn’t pick them up, that ship sailed. I have tried to wait and see how long it would take for them to contact me- I left 3 messages. Finally got through after many attempts today, January 11, asking what time Friday morning I could pick them up. The owner promised to call before closing. That was an hour and a half ago, and SURPRISE! They are closed AGAIN TOMORROW. I am beyond angry at this point.

I mean.....the picture does not do my beautiful engagement ring justice. Chris did such an amazing job. Chris and his team have been so sweet, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process of making this beauty. I would highly highly recommend. Top notch customer service! Chris was so helpful in creating a pendant for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I took several pieces of family jewelry that was very sentimental and her pendant is absolutely beautiful and will forever be cherished. Chris was patient while we figured out together the design of the pendant. Truly can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience!
