happy with the repair/update of my desktop. staff is knowledgable and polite. only issue was timing. took a week to upgrade my hardrive. no updates on repair timeline.

Brant and Tommy fixed my old Lenovo T420 laptop quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. They are great to work with and we also had a few laughs. I highly recommend this establishment.

Oh my gosh, trust the experts at Computer Zone to give you honest, quick and thorough service with your computer issues, and, at a terrific cost. I have used a number of well known computer repair outlets and NONE does it better. I took my Toshiba Satellite (2016!) to Computer Zone to correct a sticky and jumpy mouse, and, within minutes was told I needed to change out to a larger sold-state hard drive. I also found out that my battery had expanded to the point it was a fire hazard. On this point, make sure your battery is checked every so often to ensure your current battery doesn't create major issues for your household. Computer Zone replaced mine for about $50. The work done on my computer included a new hard-drive, they upgraded my RAM for free, cloned HDD to SSD so all my contents stayed exactly as when I left my computer. The new owners are top-notch, knowledgeable, fun people and I couldn't be more pleased. WOW, they are good to work with.

I just recently found out that computer zone has changed ownership. Normally when I hear this there is always a cause of concern or skepticism. Though the team i just met today was 10/10 the real deal.this change in ownership sounds like computer zone is getting a huge level up with extremely attentive and caring staff that really know there stuff. Brent, Garret, and Tommy are amazing my computer had some issues after a huge storm they took it in and ran diagnostics on pretty much every part to where they found the issue. They gave me solutions and recommendations for repairs and upgrades if i so choose to. They are a wealth of knowledge and not pushy at all when it comes to sales. They make you feel comfortable to trust your computer with. I'm glad to know all my future computer needs will be in their capable hands. Computer Zone is the only place to go!

Took my laptop In because it wouldn't turn on, I was told it would be 3 days before they could look at it and that was fine. After a week I called and they said it would be another few days before they could take a look at it. After about 12 days they called me and said that the charger was bad and they would order me a new one. When the new one came in it tuned out they ordered me the wrong one. They refunded me the amount for the charger but I was still left with a $40-50 diagnostic fee. They told me to just order my own charger which I ended up doing, but that's not the worst part. The charger wasn't even the issue. I got 2 new chargers and my laptop still doesn't work, I payed $50 and went 3 weeks without my laptop just to find out the diagnosis they gave me was wrong.

Seriously amazing!!! First time installing a new graphics card- they installed it for me AND answered all my questions (I had a lot). Also gave me advice on how to optimize performance outside my graphics card! Definitely coming back & recommending to all my family/friends!!

I broke my brand new company laptop -- just started at the job. The screen had popped up in several places, but I couldn't get it to pop back in. My family used to go to this place back in the day and I decided to go back since it is close to our home. I went right before closing thinking they wouldn't be able to help since it was late. The gentleman fixed it for free within 2 minutes. He definitely knew what he was doing. Apparently they are under new ownership and the place looked AWESOME. Super clean, very friendly, I could tell they really enjoyed what they did and liked being there. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone in the Cobb area. Stress is gone! Thank you guys -- you made my day!!

Computer Zone is awesome! Over the last few years I've had different recurring issues with my PC that haven't been resolved at other computer repair places in the area. After a friend recommended taking my PC here, I decided to try it out and I couldn't be happier! My only complaint is that I didn't take it here sooner. The staff was professional, trustworthy, timely, and highly knowledgeable! They fixed my issues and I haven't had any since. I'd recommend this business to anyone. :)

Took my computer in after it wouldn't load Windows. They told me the likely causes and told me the potential costs to fix it up front. Once they diagnosed the hard drive was the problem they communicated this to me, confirmed the price to repair, put in a new SSD, and had it back to me the next day. My computer runs better than before and the repair cost was far cheaper than it would have been to replace the computer with a comparable new one.

The person checking out my computer was absolutely rude. He brought out 2 computers that were not mine and as I told him they were not mine he argued with me saying he remembers me bringing them in. I continued to say those are not mine. He continued arguing with me. I then saw the tags which had 2 different customer names neither mine. I asked to speak to the manager ...manager was just as rude and not helpful at all. Finally after 20 minutes they find my computer and try to ask if they can fix it....are you kidding me!!! Apparently it was "lost" and not even looked at. Do not waste your time here.
