Brighton sells quality products and the store at Marietta, Georgia represents the company well. Service was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. My wife shopped here while celebrating her birthday and she was treated like a queen. Great products, great people, great experience.

Great shop in the West Avenues. Very busy during Christmas week, but attentive service. Found the charms and other items on my list needed for gifts. Charms are now in the back corner, not in the middle. Overall still had a good selection during the busy shopping season.

During my shopping trip to buy a gift for my wife, I stumbled upon a store that caught my eye. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediately greeted by two staff members who were more than happy to answer any questions about their company and their product offerings.I was impressed by the quality of their merchandise and the friendliness of the staff. In fact, I ended up purchasing a beautiful purse for my wife. When I mentioned that it was a gift for her birthday, the staff went above and beyond by calling to wish her a happy birthday on her special day. That's what I call quality service with quality products!Overall, I'm so glad I decided to stop by this store. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

JoAnn helped us. She was super great and friendly. Brighton is so much fun to shop at. I went in just to "look" with a friend that was shopping for a ring and left with a necklace, earrings and bracelet. LOL like I need MORE Brighton.

I was a consumer at Brighton for years before I worked there. For me to work somewhere I must really support the items. Brighton is full of great jewelry that is made to last. I have had some items for over 5 years and if they break, tarnish of the like they will gladly take it back and repair it. I have read what the other consumer has said about Brighton products and I don't think they are fair reasonable or even accurate reports. This is coming from a consumers mouth and not an employee. But having done both now I buy even more jewelry because I back the product up with my employment knowledge and knowing their procedures. It is a wonderful place to work as well. Make sure you register your bags and send your items in for repair we will do our best to fix it or replace it. But we do look it up by iPad or computer to make sure we find the style number Ja... it's important for paperwork, otherwise it would be hard to replace. And giving back credit by allowing you to go on www.brightoncollectible.com page to find your new item if unavailable is pretty normal and one last thing 60 day policy is incredible because most stores at the avenue give 30 days. From a consumers mouth first and foremost this place is a great place to work because they do a lot to make their consumers and employees happy.

Not only is Brighton nice quality, but the MAIN reason I love Brighton at The Avenues is due to Memselle, the employee who provides outstanding customer service to each one of us. If not for her, I would be happy with Kohl's or James Avery, or other quality jewelers.
