I recently had the most appalling encounter with a senior manager, Lisa C. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but her rudeness was off the charts. From the moment I walked in, Lisa looked like she’d rather be anywhere else, and she made that very clear. When I politely asked a question, her response was drenched in attitude, complete with eye rolls and an audible sigh. She interrupted me constantly, acted as if my concerns were beneath her, and practically scoffed at me for even asking. Her demeanor was so shockingly unprofessional it left me speechless. I have never experienced such disrespect from any customer service professional, let alone someone in a senior role. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also downright upsetting. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to steer clear if they value respect and professionalism in their interactions.

Family friendly, plays music, serves alcohol, game room. 2 ppl 2 games $62. Different ethnicities. Only one thing I saw no one eating food, so I did not buy food. Overall though, great visit, will be back. I had one drink and felt like Beyonce. Alcohol was definitely present in the glass.

DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BALL TO THIS FACILITY!!!! My ball was damaged by their machines. It put two really deep cuts into my ball . I left it with the shop and when I’ve come back to pick it up , it is EVEN WORSE NOW! There are a MIMINMUM of like ten more spots in it now. The shop said they can’t fix it. The manager said they can’t do anything. They DID. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RECTIFY the fact that my ball was damaged.

When this place first opened, the alley was gorgeous, food was great, and was an awesome experience but that’s when it was called Brunswicks. Went last night and won’t be back. Seats have been busted for years (large holes and rips), balls were out of round/damaged, floors were sticky, and overall experience was not great. Not to mention, I have never been to a bowling alley that needed a metal detector. For the cost just a group outting, there are definitely better alleys to go to on a Saturday night.

Good, but some things are rather expensive. I understand that it's not a bargain shop, but my friend got asked for a cup of coffee, heard some over the top ridiculous price and was like no, I'm good. Overall, a good place though for ent, so four stars.

They deserve it all around. Me and 3 other people went here and bowled well at least we thought we were. We went to the bar to order drinks and food. The woman and she know who she is kicked my brother out all because she overheard what he said about her after he explained to her we were waiting 15mins to be acknowledged. I asked the manger why he was getting put out which no one ever gave a legit reason. Fast forward i go outside to check out what happened and talk to the officer. The officer proceeds tell him to give the shoes back which is what he was trying to do. He then took my brother shoes and taunt him about taking his shoes which it is extremely unprofessional to do so. I then tell the officer “ sir why would you do that and bring your gf into this conversation” he proceeds to tell me “ do you want to get kicked out too” when i respectfully told him yeah i can leave and walk in to get my belongings he pepper sprays me and my people while off duty. AHAAAA officer you’re getting reported i got you on camera.

This place is always relaxing to come to! Special shout-out to Shay, Kobe, and Miles! My favorite people to interact with! All 3 provide excellent customer service! I have also spoken with Nicole who is very polite as well. I have come here many times and they always make it a pleasant experience. And on the occasion where the ball return does act up continuously, they make sure I am put on a different lane with better conditions. The food is great too!??. I do recommend!
