Boost has to be extremely desperate for help. The two girls they have working at this location didn't know squat about customer service, the bigger one was on the phone the entire time and she was using language that would get anyone fired while in speakerphone with someone with an equally nasty mouth. BTW I work construction and know a tad bit of Spanish, if my wife wasn't with me I would have walked out. I will never return to this store again. Y'all must be crazy

Boost Mobile has the worst service. My husband payyed extra money so his phone will work in Mexico and he never got network and his phone has no service at all. He wasted his one month bill and didn't even get service for it.

The worst customer service. They say they don't give receipts from register. They are hand written and have no price on them saying how much you paid. I have been a metro customer for years and never seen anything like it.You guys need to do something about that store

I just want to say that I started out with Boost Mobile in Mobile Alabama in/around 2013/12014 with just a cell phone purchase and there phone and data plan. They have been a reliable and no fuss no gimick trying to market and get more money from you and no contract company. pay your money each month and get good and reliable cell phone coverage and service. only once did they really make me mad when they asked when i was calling to make my payment via my debit card if they could go ahead and take out the next months payment. i didn't quite catch what they were saying on that automated line and i pressed what i thought was just making my monthly payment but i hit the button that agreed to them taking out my next months payment. i was infuriated that a company would help themselves to my money like that. they made it right by waiving payment on line fees for me. i recommend boost mobile highly. great coverage, no hassle company with good phones. i don't know why anyone thinks they need a contract with some of these high priced companies like verizon. you don't get anything more from them than what i got from boost and they are just better at spending your money on marketing and making you think they have something you need. hope this helps someone.

I went to the store today to buy a case and screen protector, I ask for a Samsung note 9 and they sell to me a Samsung S9, when I got home and got my son's phone I realized that was not the right one, when back to store to return both items and they refused to give me a refund arguing that they can refund any money, the did not have any accessories for a Samsung note 9 because they don't even carry that phone, I ask for a 1-800 number and both ladies acted unpolite and careless, their customer service very poor. I am Hispanic but is very sad when you find people leaving in US and treating customers like we are in one of Latin America country where you can't return and item that is not what you asked for, I pay with my check card I had a receipt and the receipt only say that is no refund on pre-paid phone or warranty it doesn't say anything about phone accessories but what bother me most was the horrible attitude both ladies had. I heard about that store from a friend that had a similar issue and I did not believe it, unfortunately is so true. Hopefully the owner of manager will be able to read this review and do something about it to avoid more customers become victims of this bad experience.

Poor service they make you wait like an idiot also they loose my phone. The owner RODRIGO just ignores people need just run the show the way wanted. Be aware!
