I needed PT for TMJ (which I did not even realize was available) and after working the staff here , my condition is improving and I can really see progress. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Benchmark is the poster child for predatory billing. They not only billed my insurance for almost 9k for 21 visits but then had the audacity to claim I still owed a couple thousand out of my own pocket. Getting in touch with the billing department is practically IMPOSSIBLE (which I would know because both my attorney & I tried getting in touch with them for almost 6 months straight!) and if it wasn't for me requesting the entire ledger that detailed the breakdown of all my visits & taking the time to fine comb it with the help of my mother who's a paralegal they would have tried to stick to the narrative that the charges were valid. Though the physicians themselves are very nice, due to the hell I went through to release myself from the clutches of their billing system, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER!

I’ve been working with Erica for several weeks of pt now and think you would be hard pressed to find a better provider. I was so anxious to start the pt process, but had no reason to be. Erica and the rest of the staff are patient, completely nonjudgmental, and listen closely to make sure they are providing the right kind of care. With humor and kindness, they have made pt an experience I look forward to every week, rather than dread.

Avoid going to this physical therapy office. If you do, it could jeopardize your claim. They falsified documentation, claiming you had a car accident you didn't have. I attended physical therapy on November 9, 2023, due to an accident at my apartment complex where the elevator fell with me in it on 09/21/24. They falsely included a car accident in my paperwork to my lawyer, which I never mentioned, and I have no documentation of. If I had been rear-ended on November 2, I would've filed a claim. The therapists were inexperienced and didn't alleviate my back pain. My doctor advised me to stop physical therapy if it wasn't helpful. They claimed I was not compliant and didn’t finish my treatment, but I didn't return because it wasn't beneficial. Additionally, the therapist left abruptly during my treatment.

Jeff has a lovely warming and welcoming personality.Shelby is very communicative and comforting.The staff is friendly, informative and caring.My first impression eased my anxiety and worries just as much as my physical pain. Thank you very much and look forward to treating here.

They are soo rude and unprofessional. The front desk lady had one of the nastiest attitude I have ever seen . No one is making you work her . And she made very racist comments that I did not appreciate. I will no longer be coming here and I work for the county and will make sure this location gets blacklisted . Trust and believe

I feel very comfortable and at home here. I love the people. Ive been working with Christa and Erica for both OT and PT. Madison has been really helpful too. I feel much better when I come here.

For the most part I was really a fan of the location and the staff with the exception of the physical therapist I was assigned to Erica. I was there to receive a review because of a fall that I had and I was interested in returning back to health. So I arrived with all of my medical records and myself met with the PT after the meeting I shared the paperwork that I wanted to get signed so I could get parking information. At which point this physical therapist told me while pointing at the document that says it needed to be signed by a medical doctor that she was not a medical doctor even though in that same sentence it also said or or a health professional. So she did not have the compassion to sign to help me get a parking pass so that right there let me know that I can't look for healing from this person because even the most basic things I could not count on from her. So I did continue on with an assistant physical therapist from that location and she was able to handle my hydrotherapy which was perfect and she was fine so although she was an assistant she did everything that I needed for her to do.One of the biggest things I encourage everyone is to understand that you're going to be responsible for your own health no matter who you hire or what's outside forces you think can assist in cases such as this where the compassion was not there so I already knew it was up to me
