Unbelievably rude receptionist response to my greeting upon arrival - simply saying “name?” while looking the other way with a sour look on her face. Acoustically harsh environment too small for the amount of equipment and people. Therapist couldn’t bother to smile either. Not going back.

My Benchmark physical therapist, Kristen Persaud, took me and my injured shoulder on with “tender aggressive” care. After four short sessions with her my shoulder gained 80+% full motion and strength. I expected to be in therapy for months. Now, thanks to Kristen, it will be a matter of weeks. Kristen is highly recommendable!! Thank you again Kristen for taking such good care of me!!

I highly recommend this place, is very clean and the customer service is great, my doctor is Dr. Spencer Lasky, he is very professional and he really cares about his patients, he is helping me with the pain in my neck and hands, I fell much better now , thank you very much toDr. Spencer and his great team!!

I had a great experience with Martina! She was so knowledgeable and friendly, which made my experience so much more comfortable and effective. The entire staff there was so nice & welcoming at every visit. The printouts & access to the app also helps me keep track of my exercises that I can continue even outside my appointments. I would definitely recommend benchmark @ Johnson Ferry!!

I hate to leave a poor review because my therapist Ashlynn was awesome. After my 4th visit, someone from Benchmark contacted me to let me know they'd been unable to get in touch with my insurance provider and that I would have to self-pay. When I reached out to my insurance provider myself, I was told that my services were indeed covered and that Benchmark just needed to file a claim. At my next appointment, I let the receptionist know and was told that the message would be passed along to whomever handles their insurance claims, but I was told that in order to keep my appointment that day that I'd have to pay out of pocket for ALL services previously rendered, which I did (but asked for them to PLEASE try my insurance again, as I can't afford to continue PT if I have to pay out of pocket). When I called back after not hearing from anyone for over a week, I was transferred to their off site billing line and was told that because I'd signed something agreeing to self pay that they could no longer submit my claim. I was really disappointed that no one seemed to care enough to reach back out to me or to try processing my insurance again, especially since paying out of pocket for ongoing service isn't an option for me (nor should it be, since I have adequate insurance coverage).

I am happy I was able to see Martina Ciffielo for my post-partum therapy, pelvic floor area needs some attention afterwards even if you think it is not neccesary. Thankfully I am pain free since she helped me figure out where exactly it was coming from and how to address it properly. She is a true professional and a very easy-going person which made my visits a bliss. Thank you, Martina!
Also a big thank you goes to Hope for distracting my son while we were doing the hard work.
Everybody else is nice, insurance & payments processed properly with no issues. I do recommend this practice to everybody I know.

Benchmark Physical Therapy is an outstanding place if you need PT. From the receptionists to the therapists, everyone is First Class! Martina worked with me and she was fabulous. Her knowledge was limitless as to the ways to help me with my problem area. Not only did I stretch but also strengthen that area but also was given ways to support that area so as to help in the future. After my weeks of working with Martina, I not only felt better in my problem area but also felt confident I knew how to continue to keep myself strong all over so my problem was resolved and it wouldn’t happen again.

This is my second experience with BenchMark and I am pleased with the results. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. Martina was excellent. She was thorough, attentive and accommodating to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this BenchMark location to anyone.

My experience with Martina Cifiello was great. She's a warm, genuine and caring therapist. She takes the time to fully understand your problem and then develops a plan to resolve it.This BenchMark location in E. Cobb is often very busy, but the atmosphere is always casual and friendly (and often entertaining). At times Martina seems to be in high demand, working with 3 or even 4 patients with overlapping schedules. But even when that happens, you don't feel rushed or short-changed in any way. She's always there to provide direction and assistance when you need it.I highly recommend this BenchMark location and Martina in particular.

Therapists themselves are wonderful. The front desk staff at this location on the other hand are abysmal and have no idea how to do their jobs. Constantly rude, often ignore me when I go in. They forgot to have me pay for my session and then sent a bill in the mail and called it overdue. And finally today they informed me that they canceled my entire case with no warning or explanation because I had to reschedule an appointment last month, now requiring me to find a new doctor to get a new referral in order to reopen the case. The Alpharetta location always took good care of me but I followed my therapist to this location. And now I’m not going to be able to see him anymore due to these incompetent admin staff.
