Colleen is literally amazing. She’s so kind and funny, easy to talk to, and she does a fantastic job cutting hair. She’s very knowledgeable and will happily explain anything you don’t understand. I only took off a star cause she’s a little on the expensive side, but that’s because she’s got a business to run. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful and I will be returning!!

I walked into Bellagio a year ago with severe eczema on my scalp. My once pretty thick hair was stringy, thin, and not growing due to some medical issues. Colleen is an absolute hair doctor. My hair and scalp are now healthy, growing, and thriving.

Love her! She is now my natural haircare stylist after 2 visits and that says a lot. I live at least 45 mins away from her but I believe in supporting the people that really make me feel happy and satisfied after a service. I encourage any one to go to her if you are looking to be educated on YOUR hair and want healthy hair.

Appt making no problem but decision to what to put in my hair was made just by sight alone. She should have done a strand test after i told her my hair is very fine. As a consequence i have lost hair by the hand ful and my hair is as brittle as saw dust. People be warned. A person purporting to be a cosmetologist should have known this especially for new clients. And when i asked to be seen and make an appointment was given the run around. I agree with the other lady, she wanted a 20% tip too as a new client. I dont mind tipping but has to reflect circumstances.

I had the pleasure of witnessing Colleen in action and I can attest to her talent. She is knowledgeable and always willing to educate her clients on the health of their hair and advise them on what may be best for them. She is not the mean stylist, she is punctual, she is well prepared for each client, she takes her time, and best of all she is a professional. Her clients are always first and she makes sure they are satisfied. I wanted to take the time to leave a review. Not just a rating. It's deserved. Treat yourselves ladies. She is worth it!
