Make sure if the sales assistant charges you a correct amount.There was an ongoing sale - $12 for 3 hand sanitizers with original value of $6.50. The sales associate didn’t even check the ongoing discounts, just scanned the barcode of two products and charged $13+tax. It’s small amount but their professionalism wasn’t perfect. I even asked her before making a payment if that’s the right price, and she said yeah that’s the right amount including tax. It was very first time visiting this plaza and loved its atmosphere. But I don’t know I’ll visit this store again

Cant say enough about the great service at the East Cobb Avenue location! Even accidentally kept them 15 minutes past close and they were so pleasant I had no idea. Great deals and service here!

I came in today for the 3-wick candleDay sale since I couldn’t get anything online. Although selection is great and prices are as advertised. I received POOR customer service and treatment. From walking in the door and not being greeted or acknowledged, to the cashier barely acknowledging my existence as she checked me out.I did not feel welcomed. As I took a look at some candles and saw they had the same name but different labels I was interested so I asked one the workers and she simply walked by and said the packaging is different. Didn’t ask if I needed anything, or if there was anything she could help with like she was asking every one around me. I decide to walk out after purchasing my items since I didn’t feel welcomed. I don’t see myself coming back here. I’d rather purchase online if I know I’m going to get mistreated and disregarded.

Went in the evening on Black Friday. Few customers but lots of help. Just wish some items had been available but then it was Black Friday sales so they must have been busy earlier.

I live near this store but feel unwelcome and unwanted by the staff. I observed a staff member was cheerful and chatting with white customers but was dull and suddenly lethagic with me. Then today a group of 4 staff hovered together chatting all while watching me and smiling; no one said "hello" or asked if I needed any help. I spend ALOT of money with this company and deserve to be treated EQUAL all the time. Everytime.
