Store was extremely clean, decorated great very Festive.Employees were friendly, efficient & quick, helpful, happy and with wonderful attitudes.The moment I opened the door the inside of store was bright, sparkled, smell wonderful and was clean & shelves well stocked, organized, kept labels straight & facing outward and shelves, counters, and products free from dust, sink & mirror were kept clean along with floors.Atmosphere, music and experience was wonderful & pleasant. Above my expectations, especially at this time of year with all the hustle, bustle and crowds.Store was crowded but staff handled it above average in every category.Give those women a raise or good Christmas bonus!!!

Very welcoming! Greeted us at the door, answered our questions, and gave us a shopping bag to load up our goodies! We picked up gifts of 3-wick candles, body wash, and body lotions. Great selection and fantastic prices during their Annual Candle Day sale! We love this place!

It's your typical bath & body works. We've been coming here for many years. I will say, however, that they have gotten less pushy and stand over your shoulder, not to mention much less patronizing of me, a guy, when I come in.
