“Sonal Patel ( branch manager ) was literally HEAVEN SENT ! i received my settlement check from a case from ive been fighting since 2022. i was having a hard time finding a bank to cash the check, since i don't have a traditional bank. Upon walking in, I was told i missed the money shipment and would have to wait for more money to be ordered due to the amount of my check which is not unsual for banks. Ms. Sonal came back and said she would possibly be able to help me and She did just that !! I am so grateful for her kind heart ! I have had the absolute pleasure of working witch several people here, Nathan and Virginia for my daily’s and always greeted with a smile. Chandler hooked me up with the Business Checking that has the best invoicing for my business and I recently had the pleasure of working with Latonya and Kim with Members Solutions. They truly helped me getting my account up and running after a technical issue. I was super stressed about it and they handled it like a boss by keeping cool and reinforcing that it’s all going to get synched up. I wasn’t impressed with my short attitude and childish like behavior, stressed or not, I should have handled myself better. They professionally got me taken care of and simply reinforced my thoughts that I’ve made the right switch.”

“I had a very refreshing and pleasant experience at this Fifth Third location in Marietta. Nick Sherwood and banker team mate Aiyana Knight were most helpful for my online banking needs and credit card needs . I don’t always have this type of treatment at other locations. But when I need help with a banker in person, I am going back to see them. I am 63 and not great with computer technology, but they treated me as a valued customer, not just anyone or a problem that was interrupting their day. Very understanding 5/3 employees.”
