Bank of America doesn't want you in their premises. They want your money, but certainly don't want you walking in for any service. Good people there but grossly under staffed. I have a safe deposit box there. I have to clear out my entire morning if I have to access it. This should not be the case. I'd be more willing to under go the terrible and indifferent service at the US postal service than deal with Bank of America customer service.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I went there today to get a cashier's check. Customer service was prompt and easy. Seidi was really helpful to get this done in no time even though I was out of country for 4 years and had no active debit card and outdated adress and contact details. She even issued me a new debit card. 5 star service.

Every time I come in here to make a deposit for my office there’s a line and no sense of urgency. It’s one cashier and several people in office’s doing nothing while customers wait on long line.. Either hire more people or stagger lunches

Seidy Lezcano needs a raise. Her energy n spirit made my day aswell as being a huge help. I only use boa to pay my bills, but after this great interaction with her I am going to open a business account and look into the investment side of Bank of America. Thank you Seidy soo much. And now this is my new home bank.

Staff are so friendly and courteous at this location. I appreciate them always making time and going extra mile! They have helped to set up new accounts, manage accounts, help me work the app, get new cards, manage fraudulent activity. This location is a must visit for local Bank of America Customers. Israel (relationship banker) will happily answer all your questions. Her title embodies her spirit. Relationship banker will have you happy in your relationship with the Bank. NAMOI is a God send!!! I would drive from my Kennesaw home just to work with her when I need help. Funny thing is I have to drive to this location if I need same day help since Covid. The location closet to me, even for a minor question or fix. (Like today's issue with my number not being the correct number to send a passcode to login into different device) This worried me. The Kennesaw location needed me to schedule an appointment for this problem. I drove to This location and was helped in about 10 minutes of arriving. Even when I needed to open a new bank account two months ago for direct deposit it was a 1 week wait at Kennesaw location. Windy hill got me in the same day. Seidy is Great. She is the branch manager and happy and what to assist with any concerns. Seidy and especially Naomi have been a huge help in several matters. They helped get everything set up for me. THEY listened, THEY helped. I never felt like any question was to little, and never made to feel less about myself when it came to not knowing about banking. Interest, loans, savings, checking, direct deposit, even investments can all be handled at this location in a timely manner.

It would be helpful if you would update your hours on your location's phone system. It still says you are open until 5PM. After driving here for 30 minutes in rush hour discovered you are only open until 4. Terrible customer service!

I had a great experience at this Bank of America! I was very impressed on how Israel treats everyone with dignity and I can even see her smile through her mask! I was never type of person to believe in credit cards, but her explanation made me change my mind, I just recently opened a card here, thanks!
