I do not recommend this location. The bankers are incompetent and are not knowledgeable in small businesses. However they will transfer you to someone else who will waste more of your time. The banker couldn’t explain to my husband how to set up automatic payments. Instead he feed him some foolishness about waiting to next month. I wasn’t satisfied with his response I ended up figuring it out and setting up the future payments. Poor customer service very incompetent staff. I do not recommend this location.

Somewhat slow service as it's been transitioned to a "service center" meaning that they only have one teller window. If you need to speak with someone directly, it could be a bit of a wait. Very friendly staff but one customer could back everyone up pretty drastically. Perhaps they're very efficient for appointments but when it comes to walk-ins the setup is not ideal. I waited 15 minutes and as the line didn't move, I had to leave.

I would give zero stars if i could...the Manager (don't remember her name but she is an older white lady) is extremely rude she may look sweet but if you ask her questions about anything her tome changes immediately and I'm talking about when she speaks to a certain race... Also, I'm a fan of one of the workers there whom no longer works there (Sara) I've ask about her whereabouts a few times and maybe 3 or 4 times I've gotten talked back to for example one of the employees said "she isn't here right now..do you want me to help you or not" or when one of them smacked her lips rolled her eyes and said "she isn't here today" Every other Bank of America I go to is always full on the inside but there's just something about this specific place that makes my day go bad.... Take your business elsewhere.

Been a member since 2013. Deposited a check on Tuesday (2/22) at 5:30, since they close at 5, instead of the usual 6. I am then notified that the funds in MY check will be withheld for SEVEN days with NO REASON. I went in the next day (today 2/23) to get an answer on where MY FUNDS were only to be told that since they don’t own the ATM (i’m sorry, what?) that i will have to wait until AT LEAST 2/28 with a possibility of a longer wait since the check was deposited after hours or something???If you have money here, take it out and transfer to another, more reputable bank immediately. As of right now I haven’t received ANY information.

They made it impossible to get in. From the side they blocked from the light. Even if you go right and turn they blocked to turn left too! Go somewhere else!

Bring your patience and knowledge if you use this center. I went in to wire money, the lady at the front told me I need to have ABA number, I told her I have routing number, but she refused to help me saying routing number is not ABA number. That is BS! She wasted my time and delayed my business!Teller is great but short handed, long wait...

One teller working on a Friday while everyone else sits around and there are 5 people waiting in line. Took me 40 min to get through the line. If you dont need the automated teller, they have no interest in helping you.

Never enough people here. Once on a Friday they had multiple employees doing other things in their offices while a 15 person line stretched across the lobby with one single teller behind the counter. Took 45 minutes of standing to cash a check.

HORRIBLY SLOW. Very understaffed. If you have anywhere to be I would suggest finding another branch. You'll be here all day. Makes you want to switch banks in all honesty

The tellers are very friendly and service is great, but unfortunately they never have enough staff. Only one teller every time I've been to this branch.
